It seems so simple yet I had a hard time grasping the menu and orders and so on the drive-thru boy helps tremendously in getting our correct plan it is just not my kind of atmosphere I guess head to the restaurant been open 4 dining in I am sure things would have been excellent being that it is so close to Campus Life. You know me always shopping or at least window shopping that is the milkshake was good
The food was good the service is friendly but the do not accept American express which put me in pickle considering I had worked all day emptying flooded house's and had no cash only my card so I was not able to get food of not the nice Safelite man behind me paying for my meal I would have went hungry with money on a debit card in my pocket so I definitely didn't like that but the food was good
The past 3 trips to cookout they have made my sandwich wrong each time. I’m so tired of having to come back and get it made again just for them to make it wrong again. I got my food about 15 minutes ago, the sandwich was made wrong again, not surprised, but this time there was a piece of hair on the burger which is disgusting. I won’t be going back.
I was considerably let down by their version of bbq. The bbq platter seemed small in portions and honestly I felt the meat might be questionable. Fortunately the saving grace of this meal was the amazing banana berry shake I had to enjoy.
Got our food wrong, didn't even ring it in and they read back our order with the right food on it.. not sure how that happened ? When we came back to get our food, staff was very very rude and the lady at the window snapped at us. The only nice person was the manager, he was very polite.
My food was pretty good, cheese bites are just fantastic! Although, I did have to pour out my drink because it was so nasty. Extremely watered down, and for the price, I would've expected better. Now the service is great, the woman at the window was so kind and upbeat!
This evening I'm leaving to pick out to get milkshakes well seeing how you cannot go inside we went thru the drive thru . We got r order on one of the napkins this wrote on it.
This food is delicious. I love them burgers and, the cheese bites.. I could eat my way to clog city with those little fellas!!! And.. Best part,. Super cheap.. by far, hands down, the absolute best.for drive through food. Shakes ate good too!! And the onion rings.
Yes this was great everything I ate was very up set about no one telling me to order two double cheese burgers though only ordered one with friesWell people you all need to order two cause when your home you are the one you don't have a back up well your screwed always get two double cheese burgers the. RULE LOVE Jojo ?
Oh my goodness. I fed 6 people a meal with a fry and drink off of their menu. Even had 1 milk shake. Less than $35. Loved it
