Used to really love eating here, but lately it’s gone down hill. Four of the past five meals I’ve ordered have had problems. Gave it one last chance tonight. My “steak bowl” was loaded with chicken, and a lot of the rice was hard and crunchy. The steak was good for the most part, but as I’ve come to expect with this location, there was an excessive amount of chewy pieces. Still no option for lettuce, but I’ve been told if you call in you can add lettuce to your meal, which is so strange to me. Thinking I’ll stick with Qdoba.
Staff is always really sweet, love the environment and company stance. Food is always good and a good deal
They are always quick and efficient. Not always the friendliest but never rude. I think they just want to help people quickly. The food is always made well.
Always enjoy Chipotle! A little disappointed that they had no grilled veggies(onion&peppers) today. Hopefully that is not going to be a norm!
Went to this Chipotle location for lunch today and was surprised at the poor service. In the past they have been 5 stars, but not today.As the employee made my bowl, I noticed there was no cheese in the bin and asked, do you have any more cheese? The employee said no. I looked over to the online order assembly area and watched the cheese being applied to an order, so I asked, can I have some of that cheese? The employee said and I quote, "that is cheese for online customers only". So I asked, am I not worthy of cheese? I must add that they didn't have any large cups, forks, spoons or napkins as well. This was not the normal experience I have at a chipotle.
I ordered a burrito bowl with fajita veggies rather than a meat option. The employee informed me they were out of veggies and told me I could get something else or not have an order at all. I asked if I could skip that section of building the burrito bowl and move to toppings, as I don’t eat meat and there was not another option for me to choose, but I still wanted to get a bowl if possible. The employee told me that my request was fine and that people have made that request before, and we finished my order. As I was paying, the same employee turns to another employee working the line and says things along the line of “this girl didn’t even know what she was ordering, we don’t have veggie, apparently she doesn’t eat meat, she was being weird” all while I was staying a foot or two away. I found this very rude and I will not be ordering from this location again.
Do not place mobile orders here. This marks the 3rd time I have done a pick up order and the portions are super small. I asked for extra this time, and its like they gave me less than half, but still charged me for extra.
Its been a long time since I've had chipotle. Still great! Usually I'll get the sofritas with brown rice, black beans, corn salsa, tomatoes, and lettuce... for those of you that are scared of tofu, I can tell you, chipotle does it right. No rubbery texture, no bland flavor....sofritas is actually named after sofrito which is a spicy sauce with garlic onions, tomato, spices and peppers.... and its one of the healthiest items on chipotle's menu. Pretty much all protein, no fat. So do yourself a favor and give it a try.
Not my favorite, not my least favorite, but that's just my personal taste. Staff is super friendly and exceptionally fast.
They seem to always be out of everything or they are just doing online orders. Employees consistently outside smoking while customers stand around waiting for service.
