Came in at 4:30 and paid for a carryout buffet. Everything on the bar looked like it had been sitting there all day and some of the food even looked discolored. Hardly any chicken on the chicken and broccoli or steak in the pepper steak, onions and peppers. Everything but the chicken strips were lukewarm at best. Will not be visiting this location again! Definitely NOT worth the over $9 I paid.
I took my 85 yr old mother and my nephew (disabled). They were putting their food on their plates when I grab the bowl to I wanted to start with some soup and I was looking for the fried noodles to put in the soup and I looked and I saw like the dessert area the peaches were Brown and there was bugs crawling and flying all over them and I said I was not going to eat there and my mother went to take a bite of something and I said look at your plate and there was a bug in it my nephew went to take a bite of a chicken on a stick I guess it was and it was already invite taken out of it I said don't eat here these people through a fit and wanted me to pay for the meal that I did not eat I did not even put a thing on my plate and my mother did not eat hers my nephew just went to take a bite and he didn't and we thought we were going to leave they tried to stop us throwing a fit I paid for the sodas I didn't drink them they didn't drink them but they made us pay for him anyway but yeah I would not go there they obviously recycle the food that the people don't eat off their plate and put it back in the kitchen and put it back into another tray that was my take on the team there was a bite taken out of the chicken on a stick
It's a shame, this used to be a great place, now it has almost no selection, and what they do have is cold, flavorless, and looks nasty. The chicken wasn't even mixed with the sauce for a few dishes. Staff was unhelpful and borderline rude. Unless you can travel back in time a few years, give them a miss.
Will not be going back! Customer service was rude, charged me and my aunt double for our food then when we tried to have them correct it they said because we ordered a to go box that they charge extra. Do not go here unless you want your money taken!
I have been coming here ever since I was a child. For all 20 years that I have come here, I have never left unhappy with my food or service. I can be honest and say that the food is not the same as you would get from a fancy restaurant or anything special like that, but it is good, and the price you pay for a full buffet is well valued. Eating here feels like home to me.
We placed our order online and were given an estimate of 15 to 20 mins for our food to be ready. Long story short, an hour later we got our food. All fried foods were under or over cooked, smashed flat, chewy, and just plain bad. Our other dishes looked GREAT but had zero flavor. VERY disappointed overall.
Food and taste has became nasty. Alot of food has no taste or taste like soap. Always loved this place but not anymore. Tried one more time yesterday it was nasty. I'm done .
Friendly staff. Food was good just not kept hot enough to suit me. Restaurant was clean. Excellent service.
Ordered chicken friend rice. The chicken looked and felt so rubbery, I was afraid to even eat it. I asked for no peas and to add egg (stating I would pay extra). However, I had tons of peas and no egg. Threw the whole thing away. Huge disappointment. Will NOT be returning.
Liked it but just make sure u don't fill ur to go box up bc they will embarrass you and mk you take food out? WTH??!!?? 1st of all they have gotten way smaller boxes.. not worth the money just eat in don't tk it to go
