This particular Bob Evans Restaurant in the Kinetic Park is actually one of the best ones I've been to. Perhaps being located in West Virginia has something to do with it. Closer to the original Bob Evans Farms located in Ohio. They closed our local Bob Evans in Oakton Virginia and it wasn't a moment too soon. Terrible place. But again this one in Huntington West Virginia was just wonderful. Great service, friendly people oh, very good food with a full menu. Would heartily recommend it to anyone that is traveling through or even to locals that live in the area. Angie was our server Tuesday morning after Memorial Day and she was just great!
I think a 4 was being a little generous but overall it was better than a rating of 3. Our server, Kelsey, was great, very pleasant and efficient. Our meals were good, served quickly and hot. My chicken was juicy and nicely breaded. The honey carrots tasted better than they looked.

My burger was definitely not from the farm. Its was perfectly circular(frozen pre-made) and bland. The burger and fries came back luke warm, just barely tolerable. I know its a burger from a breakfast based restaurant so we'll definitely be back to update this review. Just highly do not recommend their fries or burger. The food was great. It was super hot, as in just cooked. Usually the food is warm from sitting. I put this on our server. She was on point. Try the cold brew coffee. It was great.
There food wasn’t that good
I always eat in, and take my husband's food to go. Today he wanted pot roast...which I guess is a plate of carrots for $11.99!? No bread, I ask... The sweet waitress did get me some bread. But point is. The Togo meals look like garbage anymore...I will not be back to this location.
I love Bob evens but this location I have had so many issues with and just today was by far the worse experience I have ever had. I don't think I will ever change this rating on this location ever....
The waitress was very sweet, the kitchen was VERY slow. 45 minutes from order to served cool to cold what should have hot dishes. We were told the pick up orders have been crazy busy. The seated patrons should be taken care of first. We are in your face and pick ups can be told a time to show up.
I ordered a Cilantro lime chicken with potatoes & broccoli that was absolutely delicious. My Husband had breakfast with 2 of the largest pieces of French toast I've ever seen.And before the meal they brought us complimentary banana bread & rolls. Always enjoy ourselves at Bob Evans.
