I wouldn't say I hated it. Actually we enjoyed our food for the most part. However, we purchased some items to take home. Well, unfortunately they had mold on them. Talked to a manager, to let them know. They were supposed to send me a card/coupon I'm still waiting. Overall I would say customer services is not great and definitely didn't meet my expectations. Myself personally I will not probably be going back if that's the kind of service you get.
Breakfast with my date was superb. There was a mishap that interrupted our meal though, A waitress accidentally dropped a dish for a couple beside us. A piece of broken glass stuck my lady's arm. It was an accident by any means. My date went to urgent care and they removed the glass fragment. They didn't charge me for her meal. They were extremely appoligetic and sorry for the inconvenience. What else could you ask for? Great food, even greater people.
We had a large group with us and the wonderful waitress ran her poor legs off but did great memorizing the best she could everyone's order and drinks.
Food was ordered for pick up, and the food was ready surprisingly fast. This was because it was pre cooked, and cold. Chicken , macaroni, bread, all very cold leading me to believe it had been precooked just waiting on someone to order.
Food was absolutely amazing felt like home cooking and staff were very nice ballet social distancing and very clean I had to take out
I eat pot roast everytime I eat here. My entire serving was nothing but fat ?it was utterly disgusting. When the waitress asked why I didn’t eat it, I told her and they brought another one! This one was covered in onions, after I was specific on not having onions on it ? so all in all, very disappointing meal.
Not a Good experience, Wrong food sent, parts of order missing & Just had a Repeat experience w Them Again last night. The whole entire order was Totally wrong. Not happy but they were very nice & are replacing the order
Service was super fast food was made to order very good the staff was great to take care of all the guests restaurant was clean easy parking good menu choices with all Bob Evans can't say really anything bad about this particular location getting in and out was quick no lines no waiting even on a Sunday morning
Wonderful food. Always plenty of It. Ready for a nap now... It was lunch time so service was slow. I get it's hard to find dependable workers. I'm not slamming just letting you know. If your in a rush, go to a burger joint.if you don't mind a little bit of a wait to talk with your friends, then this a good place.
Excellent service. Food was excellent . Waitress very friendly. She always checking to see if we needed anything.
