I am never going to this Arby's location again. Manager told me to pull up and wait. I was there for 30 minutes for 2 items. I got my money back, but that is terrible service. She insisted that she 'would have fresh food prepared for me.' I hope so, I don't want to wait 30 minutes for food prepared 2 weeks ago. Pathetic service and I don't know how one can forget a customer when I am literally parked in front of the business. Regardless I am never returning. BYE!
Not at all impressed with this Arby's. The guy started to take my order but then left to go outside to look at a customer's motorbike. There were no straws so I had to go back to the counter for some. Then I noticed there were no napkins so I went back to the counter for some and no one ever paid attention to me. The music was too loud and it was very chilly in there so we just left and ate in the car and used napkins we had in the car.
First off, I don’t like that this place decided to delete my daughter’s review. But do not work here if your looking for 20-40 hours a week. They are stingy with hours.
I've went twice recently and my order was wrong when I got home drive thru staff wasn't the friendliest came off kinda rude
I purchased 2 salads for my sister. I didn't look at them because they were bagged. Unfortunately, when she took them out of the bag, they looked terrible. Brown lettuce. This needs to be reviewed. Other than that, food is yummy.

I wish I would’ve gotten a video of the manager tonight acting entirely irate due to me not wanting to pull forward to wait on my food. I understand ticket times are important to a company but it didn’t even take 3 minutes to get my food out once I politely stated I would like to wait on my food at the window due to previously being forgotten for 10+ minutes at this specific location after pulling forward. I’ve never EVER been treated so poorly and rudely by an employee anywhere, yelling and acting so disrespectful, SPECIFICALLY by a manager someone who is supposed to set an example of how other employees are supposed to act.
Love their drive thru attitude so friendly and order is correct every time
Great service! Quality delicious food! Cheddar chicken ranch sandwich is delicious when it’s cooked at this Arby’s. I saw rude customers & this great staff kept their cool. 10pm 10/18/21
