Went in and the waiter was friendly. Then he brings out my friends food. Then said they was waiting in my cheese. No problem at all. Then brings out my burger and said they had just put my fries down it would be a little bit. I told him I wanted to eat my fries with my burger he grines and walked away. Then proceeded to talk about me out loud. I let it go and waited on my fries to come out and told him I needed mustard for my burger. He comes back and lays the mustard down starts to walk away and says your welcome. He never came back to our table. 2 other ladies brings the check and we told her he charged us for chocolate milk and tea that we didn't have or order along with a breadstick. Manager never once came to our table but checked on everyone else. The ladies removed the items we didn't order. She told him to bring me my change. And smarts off again. I told my friend I wanted my receipt to do the survey. Then he stands there running his mouth in front of the hostess and nothing was said to him. He told us he was new to Applebee's at the beginning. With his attitude and smart mouth he won't make it working in a restaurant. We WONT BE BACK!
Thought we would do half off apps for dinner. was told there was a wait time of 15 to 20 mins. and she took my name and phone number and told me I'd receive a text when my table was ready. 40 mins later still no text or table.I decided to go in and see what the problem was. I was told by another hostess that my name wasn't even on the list. This was the POOREST service ive ever received at any establishment. Ended up at Roosters and was taken care of like a King.
The chicken was cheap/processed, with instant mashed potatoes. At Applebee's prices should have been real food.. I don't like to leave bad reviews. Waitress was great.
A typical Applebees location, you can expect good food and average service. The prices are good and there is plenty of parking. The location is very good close to downtown so it’s a good place to stop for a bite to eat after a walk in the downtown
The food was so good, the broccoli was soft and had good flavor, the steak was tender and had good flavor. They gave us all so much food to eat. It was really dark in there to read the menu but we used our phone flashlights to look at the menu. The lady who took our order was very nice and checked on us brought us refills on our drinks. There wasn't very many people there, it was a Friday night about an hour before they closed.
The steak was really good and the broccoli was too. They only have garlic mashed potatoes and no gravy for them so I got fries which I would have preferred regular mashed potatoes and gravy ? they didn't have a good selection of sides. They gave us all a lot of food. There wasn't hardly anyone there but it was around 9:30pm on a Friday night. Our waitress/server was very nice.
Awesome service, good food, prices have gone up quite a bit.
