My fries where cold cold, my nuggets where old, my salad had tomato after I explain my severe food allergy to them, I still had tomato on my food. Smh! The sandwiches had hard bread, the chicken on them was rubbery from where it sat in the warmer to long, staff where younger they did try to help me when I went back. But I don't play about my allergy nor my food I'm paying for & I spent a lot there
Was just here thru the drive thru and the lady taking orders in line is nice. But holy smokes the one lady they have making drinks and handing out food idk what someone did to her but she was rude, hateful with me because she messed my drinks up and I asked her to correct it. Then she took the drink she had previously handed me back thru the drive thru window, poured out the current beverage and filled it up with the correct one which is a health code violation big time. I never got a receipt a thank you nothing just attitude Not RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION EVER
Good wasn't that great, there were all kinds of homeless people sitting and standing right in front of the door. Today there credit card machine was working for drive thru, so you had to go in if you didn't have cash. I had cash but if I hadn't I definitely would not have even attempted to go in
Only reason I didn't give them the 5 is Is they never get the order right. Always 75% right. It's is great during certain evenings when the manager with the blue hair was there.
I love the real beef here just wish they could flame grill like hardees or burger king to get more grilled taste the chili is always wonderful i do miss there side salads though cant believe they took them off the menu
Today is just one of MANY orders gone wrong at this location. Mobile ordered 3 4PC kids meals with fries, ranch & chocolate milk, 1 4PC spicy kids meal with fries, ghost pepper ranch & chocolate milk, one spicy chicken sandwich no lettuce, add mustard & large fry. When all said and done 3 kids meals no activity, out of chocolate milk, out of ranch, bbq sauce in all bags and lettuce on my sandwich anyway. All fries and food were cold because it took 5 minutes to get the sprites. Not one apology for the inconvenience of me having to come inside to fix my order, not even a happy new year. Just attitude because I WASN'T AWARE THEY WERE OUT OF RANCH.
