Worst experience ever, missing my bacon asked for extra gravy on both biscuits. Charge extra (2x) for just one biscuit to be covered and not the other.The People was rude when asked for extra gravy the response I got was “ you gonna pay for it”Also, my French toast sticks shorted 3 in each bag .. dropped back into grease to be hot, no syrup.The best part. I called to speak with a manager. Again rude, sat the phone down never got back with me was left on the phone for a good 7-8 mins again no response . Hung up tried to call again.My things have been iffy before but I let it go. & today was just enough. I’d like to speak to someone higher at this point.
There was a great employee there. She was cheerful and very welcoming to everyone.

The BEST Tudors, EVER! I love this location. The people are the most friendly and the food is great. (There are a few at the front that are not as friendly as they should be, standoffish almost.) Over all, the good outweighs the bad.

We came later in the evening, about an hour before closing and I'm pretty sure that the biscuits were from the morning. They were tough, needed to be cut with a knife, and were barely edible. The blackberry sauce that was on our biscuits was really tasty though.
