Great service food hot and amazing
I went to this restuarant a few days ago with my mother. We sat on the hill patio. My mom had a scooter and they were very accomidating to her. The food was delicious of fish and chips. Unfortunately my mom got sick and needed an ambulance. They called and were incredibly compassionate and caring. Later when I came back for the scooter (I had to leave behind) they asked how she was. I absolutely give it this restuarant 5 stars for their food and their amazing staff. My mom is feeling better by the way. Thank you so much.
The restaurant was busy, people everywhere having a good time, talking and eating. Our server Brandon kept us informed and drinks full during our wait which eased a lot. The food was amazing I posted a surf and turf that was nothing less than magnificent! Brussels Sprouts that was to die for, delicious crab cakes with garlic mashed potatoes and last but not least the infamous jerk shrimp! At the end of our dinner our server Brandon boxed up our food how we liked and sent us great wishes on our way out. Being pulled a million different ways he still managed to make our little dinner a great night and it was greatly appreciated. Wonderful place will definitely be back soon!
Absolutely fantastic food was hot and fresh. Fried food was cooked perfect not greasy and soggy. Tressa our waitress was also great very knowledgeable and prompt. We will be back 10/10 prices are well worth the food!
My husband and son and I went to this restaurant on Saturday , The Waitress was Outstanding and our food was AMAZING !!! It was by far the best seafood that we have had since moving here to West Virginia . This was our first visit to this restaurant and would definitely go back again ...And I might add it was WELL worth the drive .
Excellent food and service!
My husband and I enjoyed a romantic dinner. The ambiance and setting is perfect for an intimate dining experience. The food was the best we've had in Charleston and the staff was attentive. We will definitely be back soon!
Birthday dinner for my son. I always love Tidewater Grill. The seafood is always outstanding; however this time the Coleslaw was completely flavorless. I understand it's free with every meal but at least it should be favorable. Probably the worst I've ever had. They need to bring back their blue cheese Coleslaw, it was outstanding.
I use to absolutely love this restaurant, but the service has really been declining over time. Today, I was really turned off by the young lady who took my curbside order as she had zero enthusiasm and wasn't very knowledgeable about the menu. After she brought my order to the car, I was assured that everything was there, only to have a salad with no salad dressing once I arrived to my hotel.
Three of us enjoyed a delicious well prepared lunch. Waitress Vanessa was so helpful and friendly. Entrees were Swordfish, Blackened Salmon and Jumbalya. Sauteed vegetables were tasty. Finished with key lime pie.Thoroughly pleased with our lunch after an AM on the road. Manager checked on and was delightful
