The Subway at 3516 McCorkle Avenue, Charleston (Kanawha City) WV is allowing homeless to come in with their own cups and get drinks from the soda machine. Very unsanitary considering we don't know where these cups have been. I watched one place his cup right up to the nozzle, very disgusting. One particular employee was giving 3 of them free food. I'm not sure how the owner is making any money if free food is going out the door.
Have ordered from the app at this store numerous times but for whatever reason this time I was refused the order. The staff didn't know the store address (and continued to insist that I was at the wrong store) to the point I called the store from the subway app. At which point they just said I needed to speak to their manager another time. How to lose $30? Buy off the app for pick up at this location. Hard pass.
Walked in to pick up door dash order at almost 8Employee making remarks with a line full of people towards me. Another customer walks in more remarks Chris needs to find another job!!
We're at this location early, just about every weekend. They're always open on time and the place us clean.

I like subway sandwiches. I hadn't had any for quite awhile so I stopped and bought one for me and one for my friend. The sandwiches are good.
Literally made a mobile order and had 5 topings and got home to a sandwhich that wasn't even mine. Glad I could pay for someone else's food.
Worker was outside smoking a cigarette n left the other worker inside to take orders from drive thru n inside. Finally got my food 20 mins later
