They refused to let my 6 year old daughter use the bathroom. Rose was very rude and talking about "junkies" in front of my 6 year old. Anorhee lady said I can have the key to the bathroom and rose said no she can't have it. Im pretty sure the rules are If you are in a restaurant you have to have somewhere to wash your hands. I do not recommend at all!!!!
Food was ok it was the dirtiest Subway I've ever been to in the lobby area. Bathrooms were locked with no sign telling people to get the key. My kids stood outside of a locked door for 5 minutes before I walked over and got them a key

Actually yesterday I visited 2. First was the one at Wal-Mart in Quincy mall. Horrible! Sandwich was made with old meat (turkey). Wish I had taken a picture. Service when I returned it wasn't great. Couldn't get a refund. Had to wait for manager to come in today or tomorrow..( I Had my receipt) Flies were in cookie display...?2nd Subway on the East end of Charleston.. Excellent service. Excellent staff. Courteous. Professional. Very clean inside. Sandwich was made perfectly. Only problem was tomatoes were too ripe, but no outdated meat in display ?? so I give them 5 Stars!!!
Every worker here is so nice, I have yet to have a bad experience yet and I have been here at least 10 times and I will keep coming back because of the wonderful staff. Please someone higher up in Subway see this and give them some praise or a bonus.
Was waited on by a woman named Andrea I believe earlier today. We had a larger order and she was beyond patient with us and was super friendly. Our order was also made perfectly. Subway you have a great employee, I wish there were more of her working fast food!
Order a turkey and ham with bacon, got a meatball with lettuce and mayo. Went back to have it replaced I arrived at 10:30pm and the doors were locked and the closed even though the website say it's open until 11. Slow and rude service combined with this means I will never be back again.Edit: 5 years later and I still remember this and still have not returned.
Won't be going here again called 6 time to place a big order for my work phones kept ringing drove to the store on the phone. There was a worker stocking the cooler and ignoring me and the phone. Very rude and highly unprofessional.
