I Order 2 Carmel frapps and they were horrible. It was more foam then coffee and it wasn't blended. I will never go back to this Starbucks.
Strawberries and cream frappe’ ! I went for my birthday hoping I’d receive a free drink of my choice, but I didn’t receive an email from Starbucks nor on the APP. I was very dissatisfied with that situation alone, as well as the what seemed “untrained” baristas behind the counter. The cashier submitted the incorrect beverage…twice. And the serious lack of urgency displayed by the baristas (i was on my way to work) just threw off my whole day.I’ll definitely not be going to that particular Starbucks in the morning anymore.
The staff was very friendly and polite and I was happy to find out that they had diet drinks
The staff have never been anything but super kind in the drive through!! They get my drinks right and they always look nicer coming out of this Starbucks than other ones I’ve been to!
The past month I’ve ordered this drink, they just give me coffee. No shots. That’s the whole reason I order it is for the espresso shots. And they always just give me coffee. If I just wanted coffee I’d say that.I want the espresso.Other star bucks make it perfect. But kanawha city just can’t ?
Waited at the window for 10 minutes before paying and then they said they didn’t have the sand which I ordered. And got the bakery item it it wasn’t the right one and it was cold.
Every time I order this drink they give me plain coffee. No espresso shots and that’s the whole reason I order it. If I wanted plain coffee I’d order that. For the espresso. Every other Starbucks get ur right but this one can’t ?
Short staffed as short staffed gets, they take mobile orders and get backed up with the influx on drive drive through orders because of online orders. They need to stop taking online orders until they have staff to take care of the drivethrough lane efficiently.
These guys are pretty good at this store !!! The cashier in the drive thru today could have been a bit nicer but other than that these guys are normally on point !
