Been craving a refresher,so I made a quick stop,placed my order,got up to the window and decided that I wanted a bigger size,Well,they didn't like that none to well,but,what did they do,they took the cup already made,pore's it into a bigger cup and starts pouring lemonade. No extra ice, strawberry's nothing. I took the drink but I'm very discussed... Oh yeah,I also tipped them b4 I realized what was done to me
very fast service! bathrooms are always in perfect condition always clean ! I come to Starbucks daily and I totally love the crew at this Starbucks location!
This place had friendly staff and good drinks. My daughter always likes their cake pops. The wait is very long, but this location seems understaffed, so I can't blame them. My last drink was a bit water down, but all in all, it's a good place.
I'm not sure what is going on here lately but the quality of my drinks have severely went down. I ordered a veranda blend with 3 sugars and a splash of milk and it was literally being put on the mobile try as I walked in so it was just made I would have thought and it was ice cold and they didn't mix it up
Absolute worst Starbucks experience ever. First- we waited in drive thru for literally 45 minutes and there were only about 7 cars ahead of us. We’ve waited in lines that length at other Starbucks locations and it’s never that long of a wait. This was nuts. While we were waiting my 3 year old daughter needed to use the bathroom. My husband stayed in the car- I went inside with her, the bathrooms were disgusting!!!! There were 5 people working and no one in line inside. We went back out- my husband had moved up one spot. Finally got our drinks and headed out to do some shopping. Tasted my drink when we got to the store- it was wrong. Way wrong. So after that store we went back, I ran inside expecting an easy fix. My husband asked me to also order him a nitro. Waited patiently. Got up there- the lady was immediately rude. Then said they would fix my drink right away but it would be “a pretty long wait” for the nitro. I was definitely not happy about that- I had already waited and they made my drink wrong. Had to come back and inside. No reason the nitro couldn’t also be done quickly- it’s literally just poured from a tap. She said there was “absolutely no way” she could do that because of other customers waiting. Her whole attitude was awful. I asked for a manager. She’s the manager. The whole store was a wreck- boxes everywhere, dirty bathrooms, employees just standing around. Overall horrible experience.
I've never had a bad experience in terms of a wrong order or something, they're just very slow much of the time. The drive thru line is usually halfway around the building (and it's a bigger building, having two other business spaces).Pro tip: if ordering ahead for in-store pick up, order at least 15 minutes before you get there. Maybe it'll be ready by the time you get there, but a good chance you'll still wait a few minutes. If ordering on the app for drive thru, you can probably wait until you actually get into the line to submit your order. You'll probably be in the line for at least 15 minutes.
My experience was not a good one. As a shareholder I'm not accustomed to this type of customer service at Starbucks establishments. And my drink order was messed up, and upon addressing the issue with the cashier lady at checkout I received an attitude and upon fixing my order it was still not to my liking at that point I was just ready to leave and next i know to order from inside.
Google says drive-thru open until 10:30pm. It’s 8:50pm, already closed. Can see 2 baristas inside cleaning up. This store continues to disappoint.

Well. The coffee is always hit & miss. Not to mention the location is NEVER open. Ever.
