Pennsylvania Ave. in Charleston WV is my favorite place to get a hot dog when I'm traveling. 5 stars for service and 5 more for food quality.

Enjoyed the hot dog but was a tad bit greasy- the chili might have made it soggy. Service was fast and I’d try them again.
This was a great spot that the wife and I found traveling through West Virginia. We are from the south where chili, slaw, and onions are the way to eat hot dogs and this place does it right. The chili is very good. The slaw was perfect and at a great temperature with great onions. The best part is that they have very good hot dogs. Too many people try to over do it with the hot dog and ruin the whole thing. This spot doesn't. They have good hot dogs and then put great toppings on it. The place may not look the best or be in some big city, but do yourself a favor if you like a good hot dog this is a must stop place. Plus the staff is very friendly and will help you pick what you want.
We love Sam’s in Salem so we thought we would try this one and are glad we did. Same great hot dogs. This location has choice between hot and mild chili. Very friendly waitress/cook.
12 hot dog special was $15.99 but single dogs were $2.50 each. Hot dogs were average but it filled our stomachs with ?
