I rarely leave reviews like this, but this was a very disappointing (and nauseating) dinner.Appallingly filthy walls - each of those specks in the picture is various dried on crud. Clearly never been cleaned. The upper parts of the walls are spotless! So it's very clear what this is. ?Very thinly veiled plumbing issues in the restroom - OdoBan doesn't cut it. Tropical sewer smell is still gross. I hope this isn't a chain restaurant not bothering to do repairs because they're too busy lining C-suite pockets to put money into the restaurants themselves.Took 15+ minutes for a refill, and it wasn't busy at all. Then he had to offer a to go cup as we'd already paid and were just waiting for one person to get back from the bathroom to leave. She had needed a refill since before we ordered, much less received, dessert, ate it, paid, and went to the rest room. All in all, not what I expected, and certainly didn't make me want to come back.

I was very disappointed with my food. Mt popcorn shrimp were cooked to dinner. I had broiled scallops too. I have never had the very small scallops like they served. They did not tasted like any other scallops that I have had before. They were very fishy tasting. I don't like any fish that taste fishy. YUCK!!I did like their biscuits. I carried some home with me. Very tasty!!

Ordered a pick up in restaurant was told food would b ready at 7pm. Arrived at restaurant at 6:58 & was told that they were working on my order still. At 7 :13 I was handed the check, still had no food. No food still at 7:25 . Then again at 7:40 told that they were still working on it. (Please note: I ordered my food at 6:23 p.m.) At 7:45 a gentleman came out with a butter saturated to go bag. The gentleman Manager then told me my total was $68.40. I said what is all over bag. It looks like melted butter. I then asked him if I was going to b compensated for the 48 minutes that I waited on my order. The gentleman took bag & went back to kitchen. Shortly after a female manager came out of kitchen with my to go bag still saturated with melted butter & said your total is now going to b $ 51.00. I paid & left.I appreciate the compensation but thought I would share my wait time horror. In addition, I did not find them to b apologetic or even upset that a customer waited an additional 48 minutes on a to go order. I will not be back for quite awhile!

Both the food and service were great and appreciated by all in our party. Overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience, and I would absolutely recommend giving Red Lobster - Charleston (Cross Terrace Blvd.) a try, if you haven't already. Although the wait time varies and can get quite long at times, particularly on weekends, mid-afternoon seems an ideal time to avoid crowds. We arrived at 3 pm, hoping that there would be little wait time since it was in between the lunch and dinner rush, and were seated right away, so that worked out very well!

Nice lunch. We went because we saw a commercial advertising shrimp special. Turns out wasn't a special, just advertising regular price. Oh, well. We ordered from the menu instead. I had the fish and chips. The fish still had oil on it. It was a large thick filet. The cole slaw needs a bit more vinegar for my taste. The service was good and timely. The biscuits were on point.

They seated us as soon as they could. This app turned a 90 minute wait into a 20 minute wait. Good job

Went early afternoon, was not crowded at all.ordered a Wednesday special margarita for $5.00.The special today was steak and lobster tail for $20.00.ordered stuffed mushrooms, great as always.fish and chips for me.was good as usual lol. They know their way to around a grill.Goods eats not to be missed.staff was very good.

We had the best dining experience we have had in a long time. The food, the experience, and the wait staff honestly felt like a Disney dining caliber experience. Grace was a fantastic server who was very patient and helpful for us and our two toddlers. It was worth the price for sure!

It saddens me to leave this honest rating. While our server, host, and the manager were all wonderful, the entire team was let down by the back of the house. The touted flounder sandwich, while large, was extremely greasy and unappetizing (not normal "greasy because it's fried" more like, touch it with a fork and watch the grease pour off)The biscuits (The reason we all visit) were dry and overdone. Our appetizer tasted fresh out of the microwave with a few pieces of cold lobster thrown on top for good measure.I would liken the Lobster Bisque to a warm lobster flavored ice cream. The bartender on duty had repeat customers and seemed to bring a great vibe to this otherwise 3/5 star location. The menu prices are not at all in line with the quality being cranked out by the kitchen.Hoping for improvement. Would I return? Not sure.
