Fast and always served with a smile
Went through drive through to order food. Speaker was muffled and couldn’t understand the person taking our order and they started cursing us out and told us to leave.Turns out the guy was the manager.Way to hire true winners, Rally’s. ??
Food tasted like the oil needed changed in the fryer. Last time I went there I went to the walk up window around 11:30am I waited for a good while and no one showed up to take my order. I saw people in the back but no one came. Seen a lady in the drive through was waiting at the speaker then just drove off. I guess no one took her order either. Food and service use to be great but it has went downhill. Hope it bounces back
Maybe train your staff to be more professional and not so rude. If you're going to ask "huh" 20 times and speak in a complete monotone voice you shouldn't work fast food.$20 order and two large fries and you can't even give two sauces? "ThAts 20 cEnTs ExTrA."Sure Jan. Since when do fast food chains not provide appropriate amount of sauce for large orders.
Stopped by close to closing for lunch, I work nightshift. The entrance to this place is not convenient at all, but I was able to place my order and the staff were quick and polite even though it was 150 in the morning. They were out of spicy chicken til Monday, but I was able to order a chicken bites box and two double big bufords with cheese. Food was fresh and hit the spot. Will stop by again.
One of my Favorite places to eat!!!! They Always have the Best of food and Always Clean and Polite!!!! I'd eat there every day!!!! ???
Love Rally's! They are always nice and never rush you through your order! Everything is fresh and quick!
I love the fries at Rally's/Checkers. I'd highly recommend giving them a shot if you want some great value for your money and they have several different choices.
I would give them 0 starts if I could they forgot 2 of my meals and wouldn’t replace them saying we was lying the manager was very rude and said she bagged it her self if she did she would know we have 3 meals and a chicken box and we only got one meal and a chicken box
Late night run working on a snow crew. Happy to find something to eat! Giving 3 stars for the reason being the cashier seemed preoccupied and had a hard time of remembering to give back change 2 outta 3 orders.
