Well u could either lower the points on wings or raise how many points u get when u order.i redeemed my free wings and i got an email that said i got 18 wings but i only got 8
We get thin crust veggie with Italian sausage added. It's low glycemic he doesn't each crust combines an extra top to piece. Works tastes great at 11.00 and change. Leave a tip they are good.
We were traveling through Charleston and the hotel we stayed at (Hampton) had your store in the list. I ordered the pizza and got an email saying it would be 25-35 minutes. After 1 hiur and 5 minutes I had to call and they said due to the weather things were backed up. Ok fine, however she also said my order was being delivered next. After another 40 minutes of waiting, I had to call again. Same answer. 20 minutes later my pizza showed up. It was in terrible shape. It looked like the box had been sat on, the pizza looked like it was sitting out under a heat lamp for 2 hours, and it was terrible.
Forgot to put my order in the oven ended up waiting an extra 45 minutes and overpriced
They delivered what we ordered, on time to our hotel in a blizzard! They even thought about bringing plates & napkins. Oh & the pizza was awesome!
I ordered through the app... unfortunately I miscounted my money and didn't have enough for my oder. so I called the restaurant to cancel my order and the girl on the phone said "I just mark it undeliverable sorry we can't give out free food". Did I say I wanted free food? No!!! I just wanted to cancel my order. She didn't need to give me a attitude and she didn't need to assume I wanted free food. Learn some professionalism!!!! BTW... I was only $5 short!!!

I would not even rate this restaurant a 1 star. I had placed an order for pickup, arrived paid with my debit card and left. No problem until I seen that my card was charged twice! One of which an unauthorized tip had been added. The double charge overdrafted my bank account and I called spoke to the manager and left a message for the GM. One of the charges was refunded to my account but the restaurant kept the charge that one of the employees added a tip too! Unbelievable and I urge others to use caution because it maybe happening to others or could.
Food was undercooked way over seasoned late and nasty
The 2nd Detroit pizza I bought had a nasty taste. I believe it was the sauce.
