First time eating here and it was very good. I ordered the cheesesteak with mayo, tomatoes, mushrooms, and banana peppers. The restaurant was very clean and the service was fast. I wasn't able to catch the managers name, but he was on his feet and was wiping down tables, checking the tea jugs, and keeping thing in a smooth running order. Good to see a manager not just tucked away in an office. Will try again and I do recommend this location.
If I wanted a veggies sub, I would have ordered... Italian & Chicken, are pathetic no meat, but a ton of mayo, which I said I didn't want. Last time in the sandwich was loaded & delicious. Today's order looked like it was made in a 3rd world country, lol. Needless to say it's going back tomorrow for a refund... Then never will I visit again, sad, just sad & pitiful?
This was my first time eating at this restaurant. The food was good. I can't remember the type of sub I ordered. However the sub was made kind of sloppy, as there was way too much mayonnaise. There were only a couple of people there but then the pandemic probably cause that. Overall I enjoyed it.
Only customer. Approximately 20 minutes until close. Ordering and take out was quick. Entire order correct. Unfortunately staff was not pleasant and felt I had irritated them because they had one last customer. I complimented staff and was given blank stares in return.
Not clean at all in dining area. Opened at 1030 I ate around 230 and 4 employees and no one had wiped one table, the ketchup area had dried crusty stuff around base, floor had not been swept and food was not good
Worst experience I've had there. I went there today around 7ish and ordered a large Philly cheesesteak combo. And to start off with, the girl wanted to argue with me about whether or not there was something wrong with my card and not her card reader. THEN I get down the road and im eating my food. There's no salt on my fried, the fries are soggy and nasty. I only got 2 little packets of ketchup, and the sandwich had no sauce nor really any flavor to it. Horrible!
Showed up an hour before closing. The open sign was on and the doors were locked. We talked to an employee and he was confused on why we were there. Will not be returning.

I order on DoorDash and picked up I had three orders my mothers ordered a large sandwich which was correct then my son order a large the order was wrong so when he showed the sandwich wasn’t a large she basically called him a lier he once again showed her the sizes were different so the woman (she had red hair) made him another 1/2” sandwich. My order was no mushrooms and I have mushrooms in mine. I don’t appreciate this lady calling my 19yr old son and lier and I’ve called to tell them my order is wrong because I ordered no mushrooms and it has mushrooms on it but you can’t get through because I have been calling for about 30mins and phone line is busy
The sandwiches were only ok. The worker wasn't particularly friendly, and the bread wasn't done, too doughy. We used to love their sandwiches.This location is not following COVID protocols, additionally.
