It's always busy but fast and well-respected employees who always go out their way to satisfy the customers.
Had a new employee she was doing fine but needed help with something and the manager was very mean and rude to her. And since she wouldn't help her they got my order right

I give this location a 1 due to staff unknowledgeable and argumentative and the Frappe machine rarely works. That being said, I rate McDonald's Corporation 5 stars for the great management of customer service by not only correcting the loss with food but by explaining how the situation was addressed so that this doesn't happen again! That is the only reason I will use that location again. I don't mind to ride 10 minutes to get my Large Caramel Frappe.... Even have it delivered by itself ... That is my loyalty to my favorite drink! Thankfully I don't have to find a new one!
Staff was nice fries were cold.
Couldn’t order online because the app was having issues the prevented me from finishing the order.Couldn’t use the kiosks because they were all locked (the employee suggested I used it).Waited 15 minutes just to be helped as the only one standing in line.The staff looked irritable and miserable (definitely understood why)Food was at least good, no complaints there
Normally this place is hit or miss. They mess up my order at times and the food it is either fresh or not at all. However there is normally always a smile.
