Worst McDonalds in the Charleston area for service, especially if your going through the drive-thru. Slowest fast food I've ever seen. Should not take 30 minutes in a fast food drive thru. Takes forever to even get someone to acknowledge you're there. Evidently they completely process an order before they take the next person. Then give drive thru employees give the impression you ruined their day by having to serve you. The food isn't worth the hassel at this site. Would give a 1/2 star rating if it were possible.
I just moved here a month ago, and I went to this location every morning for about 2 weeks for breakfast , 1st off their dining room don't open until 8 am when all others I have been to open around 6am2nd when they did open the dining room there was stuff from the night before all over the floors and the tables had not been wiped down prior to opening or closing the night before. The place was not busy, and the whole time I was there no body came out to show the dining room any attention, I brought this up to the manager the first time and all I got was excuses . After the second time of bringing this matter up to the manager I have not been back. And also sent a email to corporate, management is just as much to blame as it is the lazy employees on both shifts, place should be cleaned before closing,
Literally waited in the drive thru forever for them to take my order then I asked for extra fries for my daughters happy meal. They gave me apple slices which isn’t a big deal but the package was open already so I threw them out. Got the fries and half of them were hard as a rock. My nuggets are hard as well and burnt like they hadn’t changed their grease in days. I tried to call them to tell the manager and I have yet to get an answer after about 15 times of calling. I will never go back to this McDonald’s!!
This McDonald's still has some of the old look to it was kind of nice . Staff was very friendly acknowledged us as soon as we walked in said be with us in a minute.
The girl in the drive thru was super nice the staff did fail to put all of my items in the bag.

I have no problem with the crew but the place is filthy inside. Even after numerous remodeling the inside is old and dirty. If anything it just needs torn down and some other franchisee to take over there operation.
No going inside drive thru wrapped around the building. Very few emoloyees and those that were there had no urgency in getting orders out.
Extremely SLOW drive thru!! Customer service was ok but waited over 30 mins in the drive thru!!!
This place needs better people it will take you at least 15 minutes in the DT and that’s with no one in front of you they don’t look to make sure you order is complete and or correct. They will tell you the straw is in the bag and it never is. Don't get me started on the prices the small fry is $1.99 and the one at the East end is $1.29 why such a price difference.
