????? I swear to yall, a young lady looked out of the window after giving us half our order and said, "What yall waitin' on?!" We replied a Sprite no ice. She shook a cup that looked like Sprite, and said "I don't know if thass' Sprite or not. But here you go!"???? The entire order order was jacked. If you need a laugh, by all means go here. Or just hand them $10 and say surprise me! You never get what you order any way.
Went to McDonald's at 1636 Washington St.,Charleston, WV. on 23 May 2022. Ordered the Big Breakfast. It was a Big Mess. The Biscuit was like a Hockey Puck. The Sausage was Burnt on one side and Tough. The Egg!!! OMG!!! Was that Astronaut food. The Entire Meal was inedible. The window staff needs to focus on the business and stop calling everyone Honey or Sweetie!!! The rest of the crew needs to focus on the quality of your food. Mcdonald's performance has fallen so low, the shop should be Shut Down. It's not all about the Money, if should be about your product. I know you won't care, but I will Never spend another Dime at this McDonald's. I took a Picture of what you call a Big Meal, but I can't send it!!! Never again. It's Cheaper to at Home!!!!
Oh, my! I'm a former McDonald's employee myself, so I tend to be pretty forgiving as I know this is not an easy job, but this is one store that needs some serious help. My first clue was when I heard the manager tell the cashier "three quarters are 75 cents"! At that point I decided to only get some iced tea because it is tough to mess that up, but then there was no ice in either dispenser, and someone else said the sodas were "flat". And then I used the restroom and wished I had not because the floor was very sticky. McD's, I still like you, but I'm not coming back to this location.
This is a very average McDonald’s. It’s very hit or miss. I have had several missed items or mixed up my order slightly. It is a very convenient location though that’s the best thing about it.
The worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Nearly 30 minutes waiting for 4 drinks. Then half of the fountain drinks were out of syrup and empty sweet tea with no prospect of being fixed in the time I was there.
Normally i have an issue with food or service but this mcds has changed so much for the better. They noticed and came when people were waiting to order, the food came fast and hot, and i had no issue with my order. Satisfied with the service i received and my food
My order is always slightly wrong in this particular branch of McDonald's. I would avoid it but it is one of the only options available through DoorDash where I work so early in the morning. Today they were out of Frappe's so I chose an iced coffee once I was made aware of the situation. I was still charged for a Frappe at full price though. Also, my hash brown was left out of my combo order. I know times are rough and businesses are short staffed, but get it together folks.
Dining room still isn't open to public. Drive thru is always backed up around the building but it does move fairly quickly. We rarely get what we actually order anymore even when the order is right on the drive thru order screen. Most of the time the employees working the drive thru is rude and get an attitude when ask to make sure requested condiments are in the bag. McDonald's used to be a daily stop for my family but anymore we avoid it if possible.
Well I can't remember the last time I had a Big Mac but I was in the Charleston West Virginia today looking at houses to buy so on my way back to Clarksburg I stopped by the McDonald's by the capital, well the Big Mac still take the same, the french fries are still the best and it's all the soft drink you can drink after you pay for one but then again how many can you drink. The service was quick he had four different options on how you order and pay. And the people were very friendly. But I'm more of a Whopper guy
On the east end I got two apple pies and a coffee it was late morning the pies were dry and the coffee strong though the atmosphere that day and this lady who worked there Donata made the experience one to remember so satisfying it was to see the cleanliness and the teamwork from the staff as they tried to keep up McDonald's reputation for family dining in the form of fast food thankyou I will be back one day
