Very disappointed about our non-service last night. We haven’t been to Lola’s since they opened years ago, and I was looking forward to going back. We arrived at 6:45 and asked the bartender for a table for 3. We were told 20-30 minutes, which was fine. We walked outside to wait on the other member of our party to arrive.2-3 parties who came in after us began to be seated 30 minutes later. I went to ask about our spot and the women seating people said “I don’t know where you are on the list.”20 minutes later, My husband went in to ask about our party of three and the bartender told them we were “next”.After watching another party come in and be seated, I walked back in and asked why we hadn’t been seated yet. The bartender says to me “I can’t seat a party of 5 yet.” We never had a party of 5. We had a party of 3. We told them that when we walked in, and every single time we came in to check on our wait.The sat three larger parties that came in after us.Needless to say, at 7:50 we asked them to take our names off the waitlist and we left. Really disappointed to not even get a table.
Great little location near Charleston,Outdoor patio was a hit ,Pizza was good , sauce made the pizza ?!Adult beverage were strong , ??????Wait staff was friendly!Thank you !! 5-08-22
Delicious! We had a fabulous meal here. Our server was knowledgeable and knew the menu backwards and forwards. Great salads and cocktails, and the pizza was wonderful!
Must have tried this place on the wrong evening. The two pizzas we ordered were very bland, partially burnt, and really skimped on the pepperoni. They had no flavor and seemed to be lacking any spices at all. Kind of shocked by the 4-5 star reviews...
The crust is very bland tasting! Toppings are very skimpy! Pizza hut pizza is just as good! You do not want to ever eat here!
We ordered the fried mozzarella appetizer that was absolutely delicious. We then ordered 2 pizzas both of which we really enjoyed. One was the sausage and caramelized onions and the other a custom pie with ham and bacon, garlic oil and fresh mozzarella. Both were cooked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back.

Superb pizza. Friendly staff and the best creme brulee I've ever tasted.The in-house playlist from WTSQ is a fantastic treat. With abundant seating, the very best bar selection, and the tap list is posted in every room, Lola's is a must when in Charleston.
Wow... why did it take me so long to check this place out??? Absolutely DELICIOUS! I ordered the sweet potato salad and it was the best salad I have had in a long time! Also ordered the fig and rosemary pizza and added Jalapenos. Abby was our waitress and she recommended I also add the spicy sausage so I did.... Sooooo Good!!! So happy we randomly decided to try this place. I will definitely be back!! Great service, fantastic food!
The management seems to not give much care to patrons.We drove an hour to visit, and before we left to head there, we called to ask if they still accommodated dairy allergies. We messaged the social media to ask. No one answered. We called 3 times. No one answered. That was fine, as the last time my friends came, they let them bring new, seal imitation cheese to use, so we made the hour trip.My friends have recommended this spot to many people for years.The server took the order, after about an hour wait, which was fine, and she took the new and unopened substitute cheese without issue with our order to use.So we are now two hour invested in this dinner.We'd already ordered a bottle of wine and three salads.The server came back, and she was nice and it was out of her control, but she said the manager won't allow us to use this product.The manager came out, and it didn't matter that they previously allowed this, that we tried to call many times to confirm or that we drove an hour to eat and now needed to drive an hour home to get dinner.The salad was good. The server apologized many times.The manager clearly doesn't care about patrons or the business. The friends I came with own multiple bars and have owned restaurants in WV and Miami. They were shocked by the poor service. I was, as well.
