Told ready made pizza will take 8 minutes so about 30 minutes later ask for refund and give my receipt and the girl walks away and upon returning says she can't do that so waiting on manager. Then ten minutes later my order comes . Felt like I got conned to either wait or lose my money as she wouldn't give my receipt after two other requests to get the refund later. Never ever doing this again!! Bad business and bad service
Not bad for a meal under $10 that feeds the entire family.
I’d give this place a zero if I could. Called in an order, went in to pick up said order and they told me that someone came in and got it. Well, I know I didn’t come and get it, and I’m the one who ordered it. The two girls behind the counter we unbelievably RUDE! Won’t go back. Save yourself the trip and just go to Hussons.
Always fantastic, this one in KC is consistently great. I love it, it's my go to. My kids have even asked for it over the other local pizza joints.
Usually don't have any hot and ready pizzas ready at this particular location. Today's pizza was floating in grease. Had to eat it with a fork as it fell completely apart.

Never going back to this one. I have complained online on the site and nothing. I am hard of hearing and wear hearing aids. They were rude to me and told me I needed to order online and not in the store. I asked why and they said that was the only way to get it made. I had to ask them many times to repeat themselves because the masks do cause voices to be muffled and I am heavily reliant on reading lips. I was treated like dirt. Never been anywhere in my life with worse customer service.
The two young men working tonight was very rude. They told me 20 mins on a pizza. I feel like they just said that to get rid of me. The pizza was cut very poorly.
Worst service ever! Went in and waited over 20 minutes for a so call hot n ready pizza. While waiting for a pizza they said would take a minute, I saw people coming and going ordering the pizza. I ended up getting tired and left. Won't be going back. Enjoy the money, y'all won't be getting anymore from me!
Its pretty good pizza for a good price.
