every time we order they never get order right .its not complicated.Simple easy order .Today as only customer--still got wrong
Worst experience at a KFC ever!! Was ignored at the counter forever while there was even an elderly gentleman in front of me. Finally an employee supposedly named “Raymond” blatantly ignored everyone waiting and did it in an antagonizing way. Repeatedly coming up to counter and ignoring everyone refusing to even acknowledge them. Not a single employee to be found except for that rude little jerk!
I love the cole slaw here its a good thing because the chicken was awful it had a burnt taste but it wasnt burnt it was just dark you could tell the fryer grease had been burned and not changed
The wait time has gotten better here, but you need to check your bag before you drive off. I and seven other people that I know of, have gotten wrong or things left out of their orders. The management is good for fixing the order, but it's not a good feeling to spend 25 to thirty minutes on the road; trying to get what you paid for.
Was gunna doordash but decided to go through the drive thru instead tonight. So so glad I did. The girl taking orders and working the window was the sweetest human being ever!! Super kind and patient, didn't judge me for being fat and ordering a ton of food ? she even gave us free cookies just because! I wish I would have caught her name to give her proper credit. The food was delicious, everything hot and fresh. We had 2 chicken sandwich combos, and 2 mashed potatoes fill up bowls. It was all fantastic and hit the spot. Thank you!!!
Very fast service. Was on lunch from work, so very much appreciated. The first time I had the spicy Chicken Sandwich was in a different store. Was very thick and tender and was spicy. This store was good, but wasn't as thick. Also was kind of tough, like it had been on heat to long. Still good though. Also good and spicy.
Drive through employee/manager named Carol absolutely hates her life and job. Was completely rude to the customer in front of me then decides to turn on me and complain that I didn't come inside to pick up the Uber delivery. She then allows her cook to flip me off and say stuff out the window. She then starts arguing and lies about the manager on duty and who she was . Poor food preparation and sanitation considering how the employee come to the window with his gloves handling the latch and then went straight back to preparing food. Same window theanager had been touching after handling cash and the register buttons.
Always horrible service whenever we come. Had to wait almost 30 minutes for our order. Waited all that time just for our order to be wrong!! The employees have no idea what's going on and clearly no one cares about doing a good job. Definitely done trying to give this place a chance. Never coming back!
They were awesome! They did a last minute large order for us. Food tasted great
If I could give no stars I would. They always preface with what they can’t do instead of what they can do hoping people won’t order. The staff is god awful, they run out of key menu items by 7:30pm which means they do not cook more food when it is low. KFC get a clue and shutdown this location or charge all of the employees with fraud. You are paying them to turn on the lights (sometimes). Oh I forgot they actually close early 60% of the time. Popeyes, if your reading this come to Charleston, WV please!!! Sincerely, someone who never writes google reviews.
