Waiting for over 10 minutes, being only the second vehicle in line. There was 2 car in the parking lot. Instead of dealing with customers in drive thru they were dealing with people just walking up to the drive thru window after I was in line. This happened 6/10/2022. When you are trying to get lunch and run back to work this is uncalled for. I stopped because it was not crowded. Never will I go there again.
Only gave 1 star because it won't let me do a half . I wouldn't even give this place a half of a star. My food was burnt and half the order was either missing or messed up. When I called they said they would replace but when I got there to pick up my replacement later that night like I told them it would be they wouldn't replace my order due to me not bring the food back with me. The manager I spoke with told me I could have a refund on my money and get the order replaced. That didn't happen. I won't be going back there.
I had to wait an hour to pick up a delivery for Uber Eats. Thanks to them my scores dropped and I lost money on that order and missed opportunities to make more deliveries by having to wait. When I finally got them to actually put the order together, they had they orders all mixed up and even cheated my customer out of a few pieces of chicken from their order. I will never accept an order from here and I'm definitely not going back for myself. So bad, y'all. I hope they're ok cause something is definitely wrong.
Seems to always have something out of stock and nothing ready. But when you finally do get it it's well cooked. It's a thing of where you want the food to be ready, as it is called fast food. The question is are you willing to wait at a drive-thru for hot okay fast food that's not so fast.

Lady was very friendly and explained to us why the dining room was closed the only thing I did not like we could not set down and eat it was about CLOSING time
They need to put a sign on the door that says the dining area is closed and say whether it's closed permanently or give a date to when they expect it to be open again
A little slow, but good food and friendly service!
Had 14 orders for our staff here at Charleston Cut Flower Co. Service was fast & food was great. Thanks so much Crystal . You guys rock !!!!
The staff was very helpful and the food was excellent. They provided a freshly cooked set if tenders.
