I’d been hearing about this place for a while. The food was good and the service was friendly and quick. I’ll definitely come back when in Charleston.
We were visiting Charleston and had a wonderful early dinner at Karubees! Bina was absolutely wonderful and helped my husband, son and myself craft our order so we could get just what we wanted. The food was delicious! Our highlights were the jerk chicken, curried chicken and shrimp, rice and peas and plantains! Would definitely recommend stopping in and enjoying some of this local business’s delicious offerings.

This place was delicious! I love everything we ordered. The shrimp curry, the brown chicken, and the cloud bread were all cooked perfectly and went well together. The collard greens and rice also added the perfect complement to the meal. My husband picked it up and he received outstanding customer service and such kindness. That is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend giving this place a try!!!
The food is really good. Excellent goat curry. The chicken curry is also excellent. Collard greens and rice and peas r the best side dishes. Some kick to the sauce, but u will love it. I recommend it!
The food was amazing. I had the curry shrimp, rice and beans, greens. Hard to compare! Staff was friendly, service time was great.

This place is such a gem. The best Jamaican food I've had in a restaurant in the United States (yes - even better than New York and the greater Miami area). If you're not lucky enough to have a Jamaican family, this is as good as it gets outside the island.They have so many great menu options. The proprietor is Jamaican so you know the spices will be just right. And there are plenty of Jamaican drinks to wash it down with.I ordered the jerk chicken and oxtails with a side of rice and peas and plantains. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Very decent portions, too. You won't leave hungry but you'll definitely want more.Come for the food, stay for the music and good vibes.
the jerk chicken was outstanding so moist and juicy very flavorful. The rice and peas with the oxtail gravy delicious, cabbage and the mac and cheese un forgettable. sorry don't have pictures because I ate it all ????????, please everyone and anyone please go and get your grub on if your in the WEST VIRGINIA area .
