The food was awesomeness.The customer service was not poor but fair, for younger generation. The amount of time to prepare the order was a little on the longish side, considering the only person in the drive thru, and watching them make the order. They Paused a couple times and spent 30 seconds to a minute to do whatever on their phone not once but twice.That. For myself, some may think it's o.k. ,but I considered it to be rude and wasn't appreciated, I mean, whatever happened to customers come first.That could had been a minute or two of the 15 minutes of me waiting, that I wouldn't had to have waited. 10-12 minutes instead of 15 is always better.Only reason I am rating this 3 stars. The employees should not even be allowed on their personal phones during work hours anyway.
Delivery, order ahead, or walk in, the staff is always friendly and fast. My go to lunch spot.
Their food is amazing and I cannot get enough of Jimmy John's. I wish they had them around where I live because I can't drive over an hour for it. Well worth any kind of wait and I will always go to any Jimmy John's I can find.
Jimmy John's is always AWESOME, it's the only place in Charleston where anyone can get a truly good sandwich. Everything else SUCKS!! LOVE Jimmy's!!

Ordered online @1120 and it literally took over a hour for me to get my food and my unwhich was soggy...Called several time to inquire and was giving different times for when my food had left out for delivery....
Clean, food was good, staff was friendly to both customers and to each other.
Had a 30 dollar sub was good
