Went through the drive thru. Food was great but the service was extremely slow. It took 15 minutes to get 2 mushroom swiss burgers and some fries. If you are running late dont go here.

Stopped in way north on I79, picked up a couple mushroom burgers, better than the last time I had them. Been a couple years since.
Do not come here on your lunch break. If they ask you to pull ahead, you can count on sitting in the lot for an hour waiting on your food. Ridiculous. I can make my own burger and fries in less time.

Ordered a Famous Cheeseburger meal, had it upgraded to a medium meal and ordered two cookies with it. Got the meal, no cookies.When I looked at the receipt, the cookies were never added to the order. When I attempted to call and speak with the Manager, the phone was never answered.

I had THE BEST Chicken Biscuit this morning!!! Whoever made the biscuits KILLED it!! They were SOOOOO soft and fluffy and the new Hand Breaded Chicken was AMAZING as well to make THE PERFECT Chicken Biscuit!!! The customer service is always GR8 also, Cheryl, Penny, Tiffany and Sierra are all AWESOME!!!
