Grazianos is fantastic, this Location, however, IS NOT! The hostess , I assume is hearing impaired, because she yelled at everyone, including customers. The food is not even comparable to the south Charleston Location. I've been a customer of Grazianos since they were located at the mall decade's ago, seriously disappointed in this location, it gives the restaurant a bad name.
Great pizza and pasta. Don't forget to get a roll or pepperoni roll.
I'm sure the pizza is good but this review is based on customer service. There is one employee in particular, a short haired middle aged blonde woman. I pick up as a delivery driver quite often. I represent their customers when I am there and repeatedly get ignored or treated rudely by her. And only her. I pick up from dozens of local restaurants and never get treated this way. I can understand someone having a bad day, but this has been consistent. It makes me not want to accept orders from this restaurant. I'll have to start informing my customers of this treatment, since she is in effect treating them this rudely.
This is one of my all time favorite Italian restaurants. Very friendly employees and owner , great food and in a very nice location ! Trust me you can’t go wrong if you eat here !
Best pizza we've had in years
Stop by a pizza place while traveling through and was told there was a wait and the host suggested Grazianos. Glad he did. Pizza was delicious! If we are ever in the mood for stopping for pizza in Charleston again I'm heading there.
The absolute best pizza south of the Mason Dixon line. I grew up near Philly and their pizza reminds me of home.
Slow delivery and it was delivered burnt, greasy, and soggy. The box was wet and the pizza was not edible. It was gross
HORRIBLE!!!! Plus an extra horrible!!! They can never get it right!! Do not order from Grub Hub. Heaven knows who got my 35$ order for ONE and yea I mean ONE pizza was 35$. My house is plainly marked yet dumazzes can never get it right! I guess the neighbor whoever got it enjoyed it. I hope they choke on it. Grub hub refunded but not the point. Get rid of do less drivers who can not read a friggin map!!!!!!!! Never ever ever again! They suck. If u want a order I’d suggest Dunbar or pick up cause capitol street done list their minds. Cannot follow instruction. For all I know the driver Austin ate it! ?♀️?? ????????
One of the best pizza places around, was introduced to their food when they were in the town center mall. Reasonably priced,fresh ingredients & friendly staff.
