This was an expensive restaurant. There was a steak dinner with a spinach salad for $48. I didn't want the steak, but I asked to substitute a spinach salad for the house salad. In no uncertain terms I was told "no way." So no salad for me. So i ordered the chicken, with mashed potatoes and green beans. The chicken was poorly cooked, EXTREMELY dry! The beans were actually inedible. I don't think they were cooked at all - it was like eating sticks. The mashed potatoes were actually good, but that was all I had with which I was happy. I couldn't eat the chicken or the beans, because I don't eat wood. My wife's salmon was very tasty, but her asparagus was not cooked either. We got the full ticket of $24 for the horrible chicken, and $30 for the salmon with uncooked sticks. I left the waitress a tip, but that'll be the last money this place ever gets from me. It was really bad. There were maybe three other couples here. I see why no one eats here. Unless you are a beaver, you should eat elsewhere.

This place has really changed over the past ten years. Menu is very small now and the great seafood buffet is no more. Like every place help is hard to find. The filet is still really good and our server, Sierra did a great job.

Over cooked shrimp for the cocktail, with a paper thin lemon with seeds. Asked if I wanted my rare plus filet mignon butterflied. It came medium well and server argued how I ordered it.

You gotta try the buffet on the night it is offered. You’ll eat til you bust, least ways I did. The dessert table alone is worth the trip.

The food was excellent, service was top notch. Nick was our server and he was very good, extremely personable and very knowledgeable of all the dishes and more.It may have cost a pretty penny but it was well worth every dollar. The flat iron steak was cooked perfectly, the grilled salmon was amazing. We had a creme brulee bananas fosters for dessert and it was the best. All in all I will say I will definitely be coming back. This was the best meal I had in a long time and it will be hard to top.

The buffet was the worst i’ve had at any restaurant and was $45 a person. there weren’t any sterno stoves or ice baths. you have to keep hot food hot and cold food cold. neither was accomplished. cocktail sauce wad served from the container it came in. shrimp cocktail was on a plate with no ice underneath it. bag salad was complemented with a vat of ranch so no selection of anything. i would have felt it was poorly presented at a family reunion let alone a so called expensive restaurant. lived near casino for 10 years thought i would give it a try and that was a costly mistake.

The filet, the lobster, the potato, down to new dinner rolls all were perfect. Have been coming here for years.

The food was absolutely fantastic, oh my god I've never had a steak cooked so perfectly and so tender/juicy. The baked potato and asparagus were cooked to perfection as well.

The Casino was great but the food at the French Quarter was well worth the price. The service was outstanding and the surroundings made it even better, This is a must stop when you are in West Virginia.
