Very enjoyable Excellent service
Great night. Tim (our waiter) was wonderful. Highly recommend. Food was on point.
This is a family classic for me. It’s been great for birthdays and special dinners. The food is good quality a little pricey, but the service is outstanding here. This is an older fashioned Italian restaurant. It’s very clean on the inside.
Opening times for reservations. Recording says to call at 3 p.m. or later. They answered at 3:50 only to get hostile and argumentative about available seating times. Took reservation said 7:30 and hung up. Poor taste and customer service.
Don’t go here. Owner is incredibly rude and mean. Completely unprofessional. I’m sure the food sucks as much as the staff.
I made a reservation at this restaurant 3 weeks prior to the event. The day of, we call to confirm and to ask if it is a possibility add a couple more people to the reservation. We were told that I never made the reservation. The woman on the phone who said she was the manager was incredibly rude. She accused me on calling the wrong restaurant to make a reservation. She told me that she is the only person who takes large party reservations but I assured her another woman at her restaurant took my reservation 2-3 weeks prior. She told me I was wrong and that would never happen. I was never given an apology and they refused to accommodate. I will never recommend or do business with them again.
Did not even get the chance to eat here. Called ahead to confirm our party’s reservations that we made days in advance only to speak with someone who boasted several times “is the only person that takes the reservations” telling us that we didn’t make any reservations for that night. We drove over 2 hours and there’s only one location in Charleston, so we couldn’t have mistakenly had reservations at another Fazio’s. The tone in which the message was delivered was less than that of someone looking for business, all but accusing us of being delusional. So, instead of supporting a local WV business, we had to choose a chain restaurant that could take our large party.
The food tastes canned, and my waitress, Jordan, was rude.
Have been going to Fazios every chance we get. We had reservations New Years Eve. The 3 of us got Shrimp
One of my all time favorite Italian restaurants. A classic staple of Charleston. Their dishes are alway delicious, no matter what day or time you come here. Everything from tortellini, veal clambrazia, garlic toast, spumoni ice cream, you can’t go wrong with any of the options. Servers are all friendly & attentive. Environment is nice and romantic, good for everything from a date or family get togethers. Will forever be a favorite!
