I am so Done with this Store. call for a pizza , told I can't get the order unless it's thru the website. okay then I place the order call after 45 min wait told that it was for pickup only. okay so now I'm ordering over the phone, another 45 mins waiting. then told they could remake the pizza I order online. but no 6.99 price. they took the order for 1 large 2 topping gavee the price of 9.99 plus tax and delivery charge. another 40 m8n wait . I them call back and got the run around again. and price of pizza went up. 20.00 and some change for 1 pizza . told them to stick. it. no apology. no nothing . Will not order from Domino's . ever again.. sad use to be a good place for pizza . Customer service, is lousy Manger is never helpful. I would not suggest this for Pizza Done. .
I ordered a large pizza (14”) with regular cheese and sauce and added green peppers and onions. The toppings were unevenly spread so there were spots that were just crust and sauce or cheese the whole thing tasted salty (I’m guessing the use seasonings and maybe used too much?), and the pizza was medium size (around 12.5” across the middle).People actually pay $16-20+ for this? Normally, a large costs $16 to start. If I hadn’t gotten this for half off I would have taken it back, but even at the $10 that I paid this was not worth it by a long shot. Honestly, Little Caesar’s tastes better and is a third of the cost so I don’t really see a reason to come back to this or any Domino’s again and that’s just sad.I would give less than three but this was during the 50% off online promotion and my first order from this store in awhile. I’ll also add that the app is decent and has a cool feature that tracks your order’s progress. The workers seemed nice enough, my order was ready when I arrived, and despite being too small, uneven, and salty, nothing was missing from my order.
previous experiences not so good but tonight changed my mind about the oakwood location. best customer service and my order was PERFECT. Definitely regained my business

So disappointed! After stopping the 2 minute timer with 18 seconds to spare, it took another 45 seconds to make it out to my vehicle parked directly in front of the door and instead of putting it on my passenger side(as directed) they handed it to the drivers side! Ordering 2 14", both lack 1". The chicken taco pizza had no taste and not even a hint of taco seasoning. it was so dry!! The Brooklyn style was supposed to have bacon and pineapple....instead, they added huge chunks of ham and literally a pinch of bacon! I loved this domino's but it was so bad I won't visit this location again. At least the person who brought the order out, was friendly.
