I was thinking new owners this is better until I stopped on my way home from work. Ordered pretzels no queso well that’s ok. I ordered a small drumstick blizzard I was charged for a large with no lid melting and dripping when handed to me so almost $11 for pretzel and small blizzard neither of which made it home because it was a mess. On top of that the person at drive thru was not customer friendly at all quotes of Health violation if I got a lid for the running milkshake of a blizzard I paid for double as it’s def a small… disappointing
Ordered online for pickup , ordered a 3 piece chicken basket the fries were not good at all like they had been setting and reheated, the chicken was warm but hard on the ends the gravy was barely warm i couldn't even eat it so it was thrown away, was very displeased with the food, the lady at the window was very pleasant though when i picked up my food, i was literally 2 minutes away from the store working my food should have not been that cold

I totally give 5stairs , I love dairy queen n this is a new location and closes to me n my family, I first starting having dairy queen when I lived in Columbus ohio, n moved down here n found out bout this location n been coming here alot, n dont get me wrong I understand yall make mistakes on things, but not everytime even come back for our replacement n still its messed up on almost everything this time, n I dont like complaining n making a big deal bout it, but it's got to wear my husband doesn't want to travel here to much now, but I always keep my head up n know things will get better, somethings I got was 6 chilli dogs with onion mustard chilli n cheese n they wasnt right, thank u
Service was fast and good, greeted with a smile, the blizzard was fantastic had the strawberry cheesecake and I love the fact they remembered to flip, and had the tossed chicken strips which were equally good!!
We got dinner there this evening and everything was fresh and good and the staff was super friendly, we will come more often now !
I would of liked to had a full dip. Maybe if the boy had his hair out of his eyes he could of seen that it wasn’t dipped well. Also ordered o a water that tasted like grease.
your prices went up from $6.99 to $8.99 on your 6pc chicken strips basket and $9.99 on bbq that's ridiculous on your prices

Tried the new A-1 burger. It was pretty good. The staff is always friendly and the service is fairly fast. My order is usually correct which is noteworthy in today’s world. I stop by here often.
