Waitress was extremely rude and hateful. She also came back slamming the silverware down on the table. Did not get our biscuits and corn muffins with the meals had to ask another lady for them. Will not be going back anytime soon. I’ll go on down the road to Bob Evans.
Good food, great atmosphere! The food came out quickly & was exactly what we ordered. The food is a little but pricey but not bad. It is competitive with most restaurants that are similar. This place also has a gift shop which is a nice touch. You can go & look around while waiting for your food. The only complaint that I had was that the waitress was trying to race us out of there! I'm not sure exactly why!
Our server was amazing. She was very helpful and patient with our table and most importantly, even with a mask on it was easy to tell she was smiling because of polite attitude and genuinely good nature.I never leave Cracker Barrel hungry or disappointed, but I always leave with a little something extra I found in their gift shop for me to purchase!

Mashed potatoes were dry and also hard.Second review 5-8-2022 Total $56.23Server - Autumn T.Server was very soft spoken and couldn't hear her over the noise, she didn't get the order right and she didn't check to see if we needed anything, didn't ask if we wanted dessert, cashed our bill out without asking if we needed or wanted anything else, with food still on the table. Sprite was disgusting again, Dr. Pepper tasted flat, ordered "Uncle Herschel's Favorite" was asked if I wanted country ham or sugar ham, never asked if I wanted the chicken tenders or hamburger steak. When I asked for the chicken tenders she replied with "I guess so." Also ordered "Signature Fried Chicken" the chicken was incredibly dry, and with two orders of loaded hashbrown casserole and only received one order of plain hashbrown casserole. Ordered two sirloin steaks with loaded tots, was never charged for the loaded tots or my flat Dr. Pepper. In the end, I had to physically walk to the kitchen area and ask for a take-out box and a to-go cup, will not be returning to this Cracker Barrel location again.The knife to cut my steaks, was so dull I couldn't cut through any of it and it took forever to cut it.

Old fashioned menu with lots of options. This chain takes care to deliver its fish fry, chicken fried steak or pot pie the way Granny would like. Friendly service and family atmosphere. Y'all come back now. I know I will.
I hadn't been here to eat since I was a kid. One time back then we went on a field trip. I really really enjoyed the meal here. Regardless of it being busy and full of other people the meal was quick and delicious and the service was great as well. Definitely recommend.
We had no wait. The waitress was quick and very nice. Food was delicious. Even my picky Ester was happy.

Overall experience was okay. My husband's meal was great. I gave two stars due to bad service from the waitress. I ordered steak and eggs. Steak was still actively bleeding, our waitress was never around, finally asked another server to get her. I politely showed her the steak and asked for it to be cooked more. Same steak was returned approx 60-90 seconds later, huge flag in itself. The waitress dropped it off at the table and practically ran to the back. I checked it immediately and they had browned the original cut I had made in the center, covered it in garlic butter and returned the steak still bleeding. Had to again hunt down another waitress to ask for the manager, ours was nowhere to be found yet again. The manager was kind and apologetic. I offered to pay for my sides and husband's meal since he had finished his food at this point but she actually comped our whole meal. Would have rather gotten the meal I ordered instead of having to go to Taco Bell across the street though!
