I'm only leaving 1 star because I can't leave it blank. We chose this place because we have had excellent service in the past. We were seated right away. Party of 4. We arrived at 6 and greeted by our waiter shortly after. We all place our order and our drinks arrived promptly as well as chips and salsa. After sitting at our table for approximately 40 minutes another waitress walked past and asked if we needed refills on our drinks. We said yes and asked how much longer for our food order. She walked back to the kitchen and said we were about 6 tickets away from our order being prepared. 25 minutes later we stopped our waiter and asked AGAIN about our food order and was told it qouldnt be much longer. After waiting over an HOUR for our food we asked for our check for the drinks to leave since we had plans for our evening out. We took the check ro the counter to pay and I asked to speak to a manager. The tables all around us had been getting their food orders but we were not. I told her this. She looked at our order to find that our waiter hadn't even entered our food order!!!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!! They covered our drinks and that was it!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT THIS RESTAURANT!! I do not recommend this place at all!! Im Done!!
The food was amazing!!! Super tastey and affordable. My only concern is their suckers at the counter cost $ 75!!! I do feel they mean $ 0.75 Although… it was not entirely clear! Overall 4/5 stars!!!
We had a friend’s birthday dinner on their heated outdoor patio. Over 15 of us abs they were able to stay on top of our drinks and get us our food promptly.

I have been here with family many times in my childhood, and well into my adult years. I have never been disappointed with the food or service here. Highly recommend the Enchiladas Cozumel, as well as many of their other items.
Margaritas are fantastic! Been twice and will be back, service and food were great, very nice! We'll be back.
