Burger was tasty but is the smallest thinnest patty I've ever seen in my life. If you order a burger, order a triple to get the same meat a regular patty would be.Service was fast, workers were nice.
Cook Out, when are you coming to Michigan?! Stopped here on a whim on the return leg of a road trip, not knowing what to expect. It was great [fast] food and an amazing value! We ordered the BBQ plate, corn dogs and a chocolate-black cherry shake, and everything was tasty and hot/fresh while the portions were relatively generous. The shake was excellent, with real fruit. The staff was friendly and service was quick. We’re glad we rolled the dice and tried Cook Out; would recommend!
Great as always and I love their Blueberry cheese cake milkshake.
Dreadful onion rings, dry to bone chicken club with missing bacon. The blueberry shake was ok, it did have real blue berries. I'd be hard pressed to try something else on the menu
Great food , poor service. Had to wait 20 minutes to wait to get a shake that they messed up. Good prices too.
Fast service, kind and caring employees. Was not disappointed with the food as a first time customer. Milkshake was the highlight of the meal.It's a shame I'm never in Kanawha City.
I can't say enough good things about the milkshakes here. You won't find a better one anywhere else. My only complaint is they are too small.The food, on the other hand, is absolutely terrible!!! I've ordered both their hamburgers and their hotdogs. The hamburgers are ok but nothing special, the hot dog I couldn't even eat. The hot dog was like rubber. The chili is way too spicy and tastes nothing like any I've had before. I would rather eat chili from a can bought at the store. That's how bad theirs is.I guess, in the future, I'll go there ONLY when I want a milkshake!
first time eating there. got the order to go. my burger was burned to a crisp, and my shake had Styrofoam in it. it was thick so I had to use a spoon, after the first piece, I thought maybe they just knocked the cup mixing it,,,, after the 7th, I threw it out. it's like they wicked a cup mixing it and just said "screw it", and dumped it into another cup! will not be returning!!!
Very disappointed with food quality past couple of trips.burgers were overcooked actually burnt, so tried hot dogs ( a WV favorite) very disappointed in the Cole slaw and chili sauce. Fell like their not doing well, no waiting in drive and seldom more than a 3 or 4 cars on the lot for their dining room.
Extensive menu. Picked their popular breast sandwich and I could barely find the meat. Onion rings was delicious and the peach shake was vanilla with a few unnoticed peaches thrown in. Don't waste your money, just get vanilla. I got a chicken quesadilla that basically was bread. Don't waste your time. The best part was the friendly staff. I tipped them for their courtesy and after I tried the food, I tipped correctly. Cut down the menu if you're skimping on the food is my opinion. No reason to go back here unless I want to chat with nice a friendly staff.
