This place has gone down hill. Night shift management is terrible. Took forever to get my food and once I got home I realized some of it was missing and we weren’t given any of our condiments or straws for our milkshakes. Called and the manager said he could send a refund in the mail. Seriously?? I asked if he could just write me down for a free missing items next time and he said no. He also had terrible customer service skills and didn’t once apologize for the inconvenience his team caused. We have had several orders that were messed up the last few times but I never called as I was giving it the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully a new manager will come along soon and make it a good place again.
I absolutely love chick fil a and the people working there are cool. The food is usually good. Love their sandwiches, lemonade, and waffle fries. One time I had the type a flu I was recovering from and they messed up my order with the chicken sandwich I got a spicey pepper jack chicken sandwich it was awful it burned so much. So I went to them and told them the order was messed up and that I had the flu with sore throat and that didn’t feel good so they redid everything and gave me a free cookie and brownie. They are so generous and give you refills on your drinks. I love this place and come here all the time
Once again, Chick-Fil-A has delivered a great experience. The one thing I can say about Chick-Fil-A is consistent. Every time you go there, you know you will get a great meal at a reasonable price, served by people who are kind, courteous, and genuinely seem to be happy you're here. You know the tables will be clean, the floors will be clean, and the trash cans will be empty. Chick-Fil-A is what every restaurant should be. (If you use that for your new slogan I expect a royalty!)
Love the friendly staff the effort to move cars and customers so quickly. I do wish sometimes they would change up their menu slightly as it gets very repetitive. But hey if it's not broke don't fix it I get that. And the fries are only good for like 3 mins and then once they are cold they get soggy in that bag they are in and it all goes down hill. So just eat when you are there!!! And get some of those delicious oatmeal chocolate chip cookies while they are hot nothing beats that not even a fresh Krispy Kreme doughnut.

So I actually tried it two times so far, but both times food was pretty darn good, the fries are nice golden and has a sweet and salty taste to them, I had the fried nugs we're pretty good, sadly a bit on the small side and a bit on the expensive side when it comes to other fast food nuggets, but flavor wise they are good.Overall a good experience, and the staff are just amazing.
We ordered breakfast and picked it up through drive-thru. The bacon, egg and cheese biscuits were great and the breakfast burrito was very good. Also. Customer service was spot on. They were standing there waiting on us in the drive-thru to make sure we got our order on time.
I've been to many chickfilas and this one takes the cake. The line might wrap around the parking lot but you're out in 15 min. And when you go inside, I got Disney world vibes bc everyone was so nice and helpful. Thank you for that
Chicken nuggets and a Cobb salad ?! Love nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. They waffle fries are awesome but would be great loaded with bacon and cheese!
Relatively disappointing.. the fries were past their prime, the chicken nuggets were stuck together, the cheese sauce for the fries just BARELY covers the bottom of the bowl.. I tend to expect better from CFA but I'm not seeing it.
