Went through the driveway and it was very quick and the order was accurate! That's impressive in it's self also the food was put together nice and neat. Unlike most fast food places.

I went there twice the first time they had my order wrong I told them in the drive thruthey was arguing with me that that was what I ordered told her to look in the back 3 Times she finally did? , really. Went there today ordered single whooper and a Doppler whopper, got two single didn't see it until I got home. Burger King Kanahwa City.

the manager lied about their name, and gave a sex hot line number to call. the g.m refused to give names of the employees who verbally adult us. everything is recorded and she posts things like this.
I have never seen a bigger cluster [email protected]&k behind the counter. The guy cooking the burgers was the only employee doing a good job. The King burger with bacon and the onion rings were perfect.
They were great with making our order in a timely matter but when we were about to eat our sandwiches they were all missing the bacon ??. They were bacon cheeseburgers..
the lady that takes orders in the drive thru is soo nice and personable. she was able to answer my question. she has been there the last two times I came through there and makes me want to come back. my order has always been correct and still hot when I get it home.
