I always loved Arby's growing up and used to eat there all the time, which is why I'm sad to say I will never eat there again. They have always been drastically overpriced but they somewhat made up for it with the amount of food and quality of their product. I paid $16 dollars for a half-pound Beef 'n' Cheddar large combo, which they only gave me about half the amount of meat along with that disgusting sweet red sauce that I asked them not to put on (you should have to request it instead of it automatically coming on it). I also got 2 cups of cheddar sauce but they both were about a fifth of the way full (for 89 cents each). This was the 3rd time in a row that they did this so I will not be returning to this cheapskate establishment again. They literally ruined what used to be my favorite place to eat. Thanks a lot....
Great place to go. The service was awesome and the dinning room was clean and organized. The food came out great and on time. This Arby's has been a favorite of mine since they have opened. They haven't ever disappointed me, in any aspect. Highly recommend this Arby's if you want speed and accuracy through the drive thru, and the same with a clean dining room to eat.
Friendly staff but the only fresh food were the fries. Buns were stale and the roast beef was on the cold side
Enjoyed the beef gyro. Service was polite and efficient. Pricey for the portions and quality, big up charge for medium. $7.79 on menu but a medium was $9.79. Food is much better than most fast food restaurants in the area. Clean bldg.
My chocolate milkshake was slapping. I would be proud to do oral things to the beautiful sexy youg lady who made it so perfect and delicious
This Arby's is the best in the area. Always good service, good food and courteous, friendly staff.
Rude staff, cold food ❄️ The macaroni and cheese comes frozen to the store and I had ordered a couple for the group that I was feeding and they were still frozen. Their prices have always been higher than most fast food chain restaurants, so I won't be returning to the Kanawha City location.
I GrubHub pickup my food and it was wrong. The food I got was great. I ate it anyway. Kinda glad they messed up lol
This arbys only puts a tiny tiny amount of cheese on their beef n cheddars. Like a teaspoon, if that, of cheese.
