I would give them a five star rating because their ribs were super good, but the side french fries were so few and cold that It was weird.Also the service was great.
Ask for well done steak got rare steak first time sent it back for medium. I was done after that.
Wanted to order appraisers. Appetizers go half price at four was there at 3:45 the waitress suggested we go on and order entree so we did. At four ask to order appetizers she said no you can't carry out I explained we wanted to have there once again no. She said I won't give you boxes to carry out. My point being when did she have the right to say what I can order and when after I pay for it it's mine I can put it in the garage if I want to. So long story short I will never go to Applebee's again NEVER you didn't just lose my business but 8 more. From now on it's long horns for us btw the food was awful as well along with her attitude I felt like I was a nuisance to her instead of a customer. Had to ask for everything we needed !!!!!!!
I did an online order and it told me what time my order would be ready. I get there 3 minutes before time and I call to let them know I was there. Person on the phone said it would be right out. 20 minutes later I called again they said it would be right out. 8 minutes later someone brought my food out. The food was good I didn't like waiting that long in a parking lot. You can do better Applebee's.
Great experience! Nice staff, food was delicious. They had really good tasting, healthier options.
Always pretty good food, but usually takes a while to get seated during busy periods.
I am so tired of them. My friends and family like to regularly dine here. Not once in the last six months have they gotten my order right. It’s so simple. And I’ve ordered it probably 25 times in 6 months. We even call to make sure they aren’t going to mess it up and yet they always do. Sometimes even after calling to make sure they understand and sending it back they bring it back messed up again.
Staff definitely stressed you night after an employee walked out in middle of service. But damn if the others didn't gut it out well ! Good quality food as always and plenty of it, very clean and neat.
I had an amazing time there. I had this awesome waiter named Jaydon who was super kind and an amazing conversationalist. The food and drinks were amazing they have this valentines day alcoholic drink called tipsy cupid and date night daiquiri. I would recommend both. If you ever want a nice place to have a date or dinner this location is the place to go.
I placed an order for curbside pickup over the phone then arrive at the time it should have been ready, then I waited about 10 minutes to see if it would be brought out to the curb. After a few more minutes I called to verify that I had arrived and was told they'd bring it right out. After about 30more minutes and still no food I left. Very poor service.
