Absolutely the worst management I’ve came across, I feel terrible for the servers and cooks. It isn’t their fault they have poor management. If you can’t serve customers in a timely manner then don’t seat more!
Had a pickup order and my steak was well done and when I ordered medium it was also cold. Forgot my fry's....the Mac and cheese was fantastic tho
We were in town for a funeral and stopped in for lunch before checking in to the hotel. The staff was polite and friendly. The food was delicious. My sister ordered the wonton tacos. Wonton tacos??? I had NEVER heard of them before. They looked delicious and I did get a bite of one, lol and the slaw on them with the chicken and ginger was fabulous. Our server was friendly, and she got swamped by other tables and still checked in on us and had a smile on her face. Good food, nice staff and I would go back again. I am not a huge fan of Chain restaurants. I prefer to support the local mom and pop places. This particular Applebees was a pleasant experience.
Was served with filthy silverware. Sent it back and got clean silverware. Appetizer came and there was hair in the spinach dip. Food was cold and very greasy. Nothing tasted good.
Everything was exactly what I wanted to eat & drink the waitress was real nice also kept up with our drinks make sure that we didn't run out or go thirsty it's for your service ladies and gents
I had placed an order of $70+ with a birthday gift card and during the span of that order and leaving to pick it up I had a family medical emergency. I had to call and cancel my order and the manager, Cedric was tremendously understanding and kind. More managers need to be recognized who have the compassion for customers and I'm certain his staff. He was wonderful and helped with the refund and I had a new order I picked up today. The food was absolutely delicious and prepared wonderfully, I highly recommend this Applebee's for the delicious food as well as the kind staff! Thank you Cedric!!
Dreadful experience.appwrizers were served with no individual plates, we asked for some and they took 15 minutes to get them.After 45 minutes, we had to go find a waitress and request a manager. He brought us our food, it was cold. 3 out of the 5 meals we ordered were uneatable.
Good food, very pleasant and helpful server. Me and my mom stopped in for a bite. Will visit again , would recommend.
Worst experience ever.I went to Applebee's with my wife 2yr old son my father and his wife. It took 10 min to be seated. Than another 10 min to order out drinks. And we all are over the age of 21. I'm going to start at that. My father and I ordered alcoholic beverages. Showed our IDs and than received them 10 min later. I ended up sharing my drink around the table with the family minus the child lol. But this woman(Manager jovana toliver) rapidly came to our table and snatched my father's and my drink without any questions or at least letting us know why. She tried to say my wife and stepmom was under age. She was bluntly disrespectful and rude. You don't go to tables and snatch things out of customers hands or mouths. And she stated that she wanted to make sure we was over 21. How can you do that without asking for IDs. That woman needs to be taught again on how to treat people. She needs to be fired. Will never go back and I suggest everyone else not to go either.
Went for my daughter's birthday and we had a great time! They were busy but the staff was friendly and food was good.
