First off. We are not these people. Secondly. Our server was flirting with some dude behind us the entire time we were there. She was 20 he was EASILY 30+. Thirdly my husband ordered fish and chips and i ordered a chicken sandwich and Mac n cheese. Mac n cheese was tolerable, chicken sandwich was HARD AS A ROCK. My husbands food however ugh. The fish was still frozen. When we told the waitress about the fish she gave an extremely sarcastic response. She finally offered to take it off our bill. Cool. At this point my husband was so grossed out he wanted to go. She stood right behind our table talking to the dude previously mentioned. I finally was able to grab her attention and asked for the check. Don’t be this girl. Don’t go here.
This is the fourth time I’ve eaten here and each time the wait is insane. I don’t mean the wait to get a table. It’s a Monday evening at 950pm. Three total tables in the restaurant and none are larger than a four too. We ordered at 920pm and are still waiting. We ordered…. Salads! My three top, a four top and a two top and they ALL had their food when we got here. I wouldn’t be upset if it was the first time, but it has been every time.
The service was soooooo horrible !please don’t waste your time!! The server never offered refills they were purposely negligent. They never said did we like our appetizers which was NASTIEST chicken dip I have ever tried. They were supposed to get manager which we ended up waiting 15min more, and was finally feed up we got there at 6:14pm and ended up leaving at 8:40 pm completely DISSATISFIED and Hungry!! If you are African American or just wanting a good meal please don’t no waste your time!!
Stood at door for about 5m then seated waited about 8m to get drink order. 40m going by no food or refills and then another server comes to our table stating taking over with us not knowing having a switch of server. We asked to speak to manager which took more than 5m to come to table. Once he came he used excuse stating was out of paper receipt. So this is why we didn’t get our food? Or did original server not place the order? No clear explanation kept blaming receipt issues. I would not recommend this place. They were rude not caring. New server who came over rolled her eyes talking with other servers. Not showing any empathy. Put yourself in our shoes and would feel the frustration we were feeling. And to say it all only 50% off the bill. The food was over cooked and chic wrap not grilled as requested didn’t even eat the sliders or onion rings. Don’t recommend this place.

The last few times I’ve went the food has been fresh and delicious! New menu items are really good, wait staff quick/friendly, and the manager Samar always treats me like family! Only place I’ll go to eat in downtown Charleston!
Heard how good this place was, finally tried it out for lunch. We had the Feta Cheese platter (AWESOME), the Hot Dog Homewrecker (GREAT), a roast beef sandwich (VERY GOOD), tried a small order of wings (BEST WE HAVE HAD IN CHARLESTON)!Service was good too!Lunch time parking was OK (meter on street)... evening parking always is an issue and why we have not tried before now as there is rarely any parking.
Traveling from MI to GA. Stopped in charlotte for the night. This place is a must! The food and service were both amazing. We had the Buffalo chicken dip, Mexican quesadilla, and garlic parm boneless wings. Drinks from the bar were also made great. Highly recommend going here

Decent environment downtown. Fish & chips were very undercooked but management rectified it very well (got a burger instead) and I was pleased overall. Portions were good for the price. The waitress friendly and informative.
