I will never be eating at this location again; and I highly encourage others to do the same. The evening shift management is beyond rude and extremely unprofessional. If you are a driver for doordash, you generally have to wait long periods of time until the staff FINALLY get around to bagging your order; and even then you still have to check and make sure they didn't forget anything. Also, at this particular location, if you order french fries after like 9:30 to 10:00 p.m., your fries won't be salted ever. The employees apparently empty the french fry salt shaker and take it to be washed, even though the restaurant won't be closing for another hour or so. I have had multiple orders from this location that were missing items; and therefore, I have had it. I used to eat at Wendy's a lot more than I do now; and after this latest experience, I don't see myself making a beeline for the place (there are 2 other locations in Beckley, as well as 1 in Beaver). The other locations are okay for the most part; but the Robert C. Byrd location on Valley Dr. has been so bad, I just don't want to do business with this establishment.

The evening shift not the best I ordered a bake potato with salt pepper & butter get back to work just had a dry potato. Ordered fresh nuggets they were super dry & old. Fries for the most part are never fresh. Maybe it's because I come in close to closing that I hardly ever get fresh food. I've waisted so much money on things I couldn't eat. Oh & they never give napkins. Come on I eat in my car!!!!

Always fresh. Fires are the best. Great service. Nice friendly faces. Drive thru sucks

Wendy's is always a good experience for me I love their nice fresh burgers.
Very disappointing and terrifying to find that my son was nearly choking on a bone that was found in his chicken nuggets today. Luckily he spit it out in time He could have easily choked and who knows what could have happened if he swallowed it? Mind you he is 7 years old. Also the customer service is terrible and they are always very rude each time I go which is not very often..
Food was hot and freshly made. Little bit 9f a wait is the only reason for 4 stars.

The employees don’t confirm the order before asking you to pay. Charged me for the wrong order and when trying to get it fixed couldn’t figure out the correct order I paid for. Will never be eating here again.
