Horrible experience and food. It took four attempts to actually place a takeout order as the togo person kept putting me on hold but never returning. The third time I called, she sat the phone down so that I could hear all the screaming going on in the kitchen. After picking up my food, I discovered that items were missing. When I called back to ask why, the togo person told me to "quit yelling at her" and "it wasn't her fault that the kitchen left food out". The last time I checked, it was the togo person's job to verify orders. I had to hangup and call back to get a manager on the phone and I could hear the togo person in the back ground yelling about it not being her fault and taking zero responsibility. I informed the manager I would be bringing the entire order back for a full refund as the steak was overcooked and tough and everything was just awful. She told me she would immediately void the sale and to just throw the food away, however, she did not. The charge went through for the full amount PLUS a tip that the togo person did not deserve. I had to contact the restaurant AND file a dispute with my credit card company. Never again. Absolute garbage restaurant and rude employees. I generally don't like people to lose their jobs, however, this togo person and manager needs to be terminated. There was no followup after promising to void the sale. She claimed the togo person had closed out the ticket and she attempted to call me. That was false. Garbage restaurant.

When we arrived we were the only diners and they were cleaning up but they were happy to service and very friendly.The fresh rolls that they started with were nice and hot and very good.Diane had the shrimp scampi, which was very flavourful. The shrimp was cooked just right, but the pasta was a little undercooked.I had the Marshall Dillon ribeye marinated in citrus. The steak was cooked perfectly, evenly colored all the way through, and the marinade added a nice additional taste to the flavor of the meat. Thoroughly enjoyed! I'll do that one again next chance i get.Overall, it comes recommended, two thumbs up ? ?
This place is a great restaurant to eat at!! If you stop through beckley West Virginia make sure to stop and grab some great food and ask for Jennifer. She is a great waitress and you will have a great experience!!!

Our bartender Madison was great, she kept the beers coming and the food hot! We come here everytime we’re in town.
Omg. The steaks were to die for cooked perfect never had anything taste so good the cook on Sat Jan 15. Was extreme. Great staff awesome atmosphere will be my stop on all trip out that way.
Had the sirloin dinner. Tender and flavorful. Seasoned perfectly. Had the asparagus and red potatoes. Asparagus was tender and perfectly cooked. Potatoes were yummy. The bartender was on top of his game
Texas Steakhouse was recommended by our hotel for a nice and casual dinner and that's what it was. we did drive my few other places and there was a wait, but this place is tucked away from the road and we were seated quickly. Its a casual place, nothing fancy so everyone felt easy and comfortable. it wasn't the cleanest... the server must have wiped the table top down but we had bits of food on the benches.. nothing too serious. Service was good but slow.. it took awhile to get our food, but the drink were good and we were not in a hurry. Food was ok... decent tex-mex and overall good experience, just a little long to eat. We did visit Outback the following night and although the wait was long for the tables, the food was very good.
Well this restaurant is rated far below than it should be! We almost did not go but saw plenty of cars in the parking lot so we took the risk. The rewards were outstanding! Great service by our waiter Roger! Great food and it was reasonably priced. Large portions of food and the ribs really fell off the bone!! I highly recommend this restaurant and PLEASE do not look at the past reviews. It's worth the visit!!
Food was delicious and hot. Salad was crisp, and service was great.
