Extremely overpriced. Unfriendly staff. Made my drink wrong and gave me attitude about fixing it when I pleasantly asked them to. Not a great way to start your day.

super busy line 1/2 way around the hall way. The employees had NO RESPECT AT ALL TO announce to the people in line they where ONLY TAKING CASH !!! VERY unprofessional dishonest and rude to customers who stand in line waiting for 30+ minutes!!!!! When you get to the register to order there is a sign on the register say cash only which can NOT AT ALL BE SEEN by the people in line! Thank you for really messing up my schedule ??? you should not even get a 1 star! Should be a -5 stars! I’m not just a passing by customer I’m in there every 2 day!! I will have a talk with the manager and corporate!

Just another Starbucks nothing special but I just want to say thanks to one of their employee Chris. Im a truck driver and after a long day of driving I wanted to go into town to grab something to eat. I asked Chris if he knows any reliable taxi service to get me there ( i tried 2 different companies and noone picked up their phone ) and he just offered me a ride. ( it was after hours and they were closed he didn't just walked out while on the clock ? ) Cant easily find kind and helpful people like Chris. Thank you.

When I passed by this plaza stop, I always get something from Starbucks, there some days they are nice and fast, but most of the time is not a good experience. This time I am completely disappointed that I will never come back to this Starbucks. I was there 2mns before they open, 7am and they haven’t open, 7:05am and they still haven’t open, they saw me standing there, I ask what time they open and they told me 7am. I was waiting for them to take the order and they’re still not helping. Then there’s a lady who I believe comes every morning and they took her order, I don’t mind it but they are talking while they have line waiting to be served. Not cool, not coming back to this Starbucks.

The only person who is crazy young lady is YOU who needed to point out and make a dramatic production see look look she is crazy I hope riding off the backs of people emotions get you through your day ?the only ignorant people in this world are the one who can not and will not shut there mouths to get attention !Your employer needs to retrain the thinking of these younger employee to leave their personal problems at home were not on "social media" its a "starbucks" if you want to be in dramatic production then you should go into acting cause your aReal Drama Queen !

Travelled through this location twice (to and from a funeral out of town). First was early morning on a Wednesday. Second was today, 6pm on the following Wednesday. Both times a traditional Starbucks drink were ordered for me and a hot chocolate for my husband. Both times, the hot chocolate tasted like a watered down packet from home. Both. Times. My husband threw them away both times. Not liking coffee, he knows what this overly expensive hot chocolate should taste like. Please retrain your employees- when people travel they are tired and just want something familiar. This was a bad experience twice.

The barista was zoned out most of my order and I did not get was I wanted. My simple order was messed up. I was looking forward to my drink.

Probably one of the busiest Starbucks you will ever visit. long lines. i give it a 4 star because it is in a truck stop with a dirty bathroom

Wait time was nonexistent, absolutely loved it!

I bought a large chai and it did not taste any think good. So I threw it away. The employees don’t even pay attention to anything, most of the time they are looking down. their heads are face on their feet.
