Ordered a cookie frap, came with large chunks of ice and was relatively grainy. Ordered a standard coffee with cream and it came lukewarm. I tried to take it back for a new one which took more than 10 minutes to be replaced. 1/5 wouldn’t recommend going here.
The half and half was sour enough to churn butter. Didn't really compliment the coffee...
You can come in and place an order to go. Tons of people working there, service was quick and correct. A rare combination this day and age.
last couple times getting drinks they were messed up last night we got a few drinks the peppermint mocha had no peppermint taste the sugar cookie latte had no cold foam or sprinkles also the worker had hair down past his nose and was running his fingers through it while making drinks disgusting I have pictures I wish I could post how is this sanitary his hair was over his eyes I'm not even sure how he could even see to make a drink as soon as I find a way to contact management I will be doing so
i usually love starbucks. today i got breakfast from their for the first time and one of my sandwiches was still FROZEN! makes me rethink if i even wanna get coffee their now.
The coffee is standard Starbucks but the service is so slow, be prepared to wait at least 15 min no matter what from start to finish.
I went there this morning to get a coffee, the woman at the window informed me that they didn’t have what I wanted, which is fine I understand there is a shortage on things, so I simply asked for a caramel something. I would have been fine with anything, but there was a woman in the back with blue hair and a head set who in a very hateful manner said “well I need to know exactly what she wants”I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. I wasn’t looking at a menu, and I normally get the same thing every single time.If people are expected to understand that they’re out of something’s then the staff should be less hateful, especially when the customer isn’t being that way.Kindness goes a long way, I have went here for years and I will not be returning.Also, I didn’t get a caramel anything, I ended up with a dark mocha.Do better.
This location is out of flavors constantly and have broken espresso machines problems a lot. Usually have to wait 20 minutes for a. Order most of the time. I’m not sure why they have never entertained the idea of opening a second one in the Beckley area as well. It woudk do amazing for both locations
Went there around 5. and set in the drive thru for over 30 minutes with a long line just to find out there closed and no signs saying there closed. very disappointed and angry.
We were out of town visiting family and use the mobile app to get our coffees was in and out in no time.
