Stood there for around 5 mins being ignored. Figured maybe I needed to order at the register so i moved over there and when i did, they started taking the order of the people behind me! Totally skipped me! Not a word said. I only took 2 steps to get someones attention. Poor service! My choices were get in the back of the line or leave so I left.
The food was great and staff was professional and courteous.
Fast service. Pizza was fresh. No loogie hawking as far as I could tell.
Eric makes the best pizzas and the place is clean

Usually love Sbarro, BUT this place is SLOW!!! Opened 15 min late!!!Hope the taste was worthy the 45 min wait!!Only 2 people working. Sbarro, get to hiring!!!
I wasn't too impressed with my cheese slices. I ordered 3 and a drink. My pizza was not what I expected from Sbarro. There was a lot of little imperfections that added up to a lot. There was a bubble directly in the middle not near the crust on 1 slice. The pizza was crisp and wasn't floppy. My slices were different sizes because they weren't cut properly.. There was too much dough halfway up the slices. The dough didn't have a lot of air pockets.The roundness of the pizza was un-uniform. The cheese and sauce didnt reach up to the crust. The cheese was sloppily placed and some cheese was burnt.My pizza didn't appear to be made with any pride or care.
This place is the most disgusting place to ever get food from and I advise, for health reasons, people to never order from here. Literally there was a cook in the back hawk spitting multiple times so loud that echoed through the entire food area. And the workers just sat there and laughed while this person was spitting so loudly. People literally were walking away in disgust as they should.
Customer service was bad. She gave us attitude when we asked her to turn on the menu and she said "everything we sell is here". We had to explain we needed to see the prices. When we had everything and was ready to pay, she continued the attitude. The pizza was cold and I thought the place was supposed to reheat it. "It just came out!" If it did, why was it cold? hmm?
Mediocre food, but at least they were masks, making this perhaps the safest option at this service center. By contrast, Burger King employees nextdoor wore no masks and had a long line.
