The restaurant at this location was not welcoming. We waited for few mins after entering the door and no one even greeted or asked for table. After long wait someone came and showed our table. The table was towards the end of the restaurant and very dark. We requested for changing our table. The associate was not happy with that request and finally changed our table. That table was cleaned few mins back and it was still wet. Overall a disgusting experience. Food was so so and salty. Also the food is pricy compared to the quantity. The server was good and checked on us multiple times. My 2 star is only for her attitude and professionalism.
This place was disgusting, not only was the service terrible, but we had one wrong order and one badly cooked order. Then, having received the incorrect order, the waitress proceeded to inform me she didn't know what I ordered was on the menu. When I ordered, she told me that what I ordered was an "upsale", which I knew and wanted. My partner's meal, chicken fingers and fries, was way overcooked, dry and very salty. We didn't bother sending the meal back as we weren't confident a new meal would be any better. Total lack of responsibility, on the waitresses side when I told her of the mix-up in my order. All of a sudden she "didn't know" the menu had been changed even though she was the one who pointed out the change in the first place (the upsale). To make matters even worse she was training a new person! We had had luck at another Ruby Tuesday's a few years ago, sadly this time we were VERY dissatisfied. We won't be going a third time.
Friendly and hard working staff met us. Pleasant to be around. Nice to see a well stocked salad bar. Had a delicious hot bacon cheddar cheese burger. We attached the current menu.
Amazing ribeye melted in my mouth and was cooked to perfection!!!! And ribs fell off the bone!!! Best dinner in a very long time!!! Will definitely be back for more and soon!!!
Was pleasantly surprised at taste and quality of food! Have not eaten at Ruby Tuesday for quite a while, but we were traveling and it was the best option. The wait was a little long, but it was Saturday night. Staff was masked, which we appreciated.

Visited from outta town and was pleased with this location. The food was hot and very tasty. Our waitress was friendly and pleasant. I would definitely come to this location again when I'm in town.
Ruby Tuesdays have poor customer service when it.comes to greeting people at the door. Walked in with a party of 6 and absolutely NO ONE said hey how are you.. she said HOW MANY and slowly walked to the table to.clear it off. And than everybody gradually starts coming over there to help her. I waited about 5 min and turned arnd and left the vibes were really lazy and not wanting to do there jobs..But yall need to better with yall customer service train them better SOMETHING.
Starting to work as a server this week training and Lola is awesome. Excited for my new journey with them and besides that, their Cajun ribeye is the absolute best! ?
Great food and service. I love the salad bar and the salmon.
