Beckley location is fantastic. The food, service, time til food comes out, all areas are excellent. The Oak Hill location is no comparison. The food is good. But service is terrible. Make the extra drive just to eat at the Beckley location. It'll be well worth it.

I tried the Fajitas beef chicken and shrimp.I was totally disappointed, 95%+ was veges, very, very small pcs of meat, shrimp was ok. Unsweetened tea was so weak that it had no taste other than water.I won't be going back for seconds for sure.
Restaurant was not busy. Maybe 5 tables being used. Party of 4. Food came out cold (if they were busy I'd sort of understand), order wasn't correct (chicken vice steak, sour cream vice no sour cream), and service was slow.
Normally a great place to eat, been a returning customer for years. On this visit however, we had to return two out of four meals due to burnt ingredients in our entrees. Accidents can happen, even twice in the same visit, that’s not what really bothers me. They wanted to argue about it, at the table and at the cash register. They took the meals off the ticket, that’s wasn’t the issue, they wanted to insist that somehow we were in the wrong. Rio Grande has been a staple in Beckley for many years. Hopefully this was an isolated issue.

I have been here many times and have never had bad service or food. I love the cheese dip and the burrito California those are the best.
Food was so so.... other places for Mexican in beckley far better and friendlier.
I went with a couple friends recently. Pretty good service and food came out fast. The server could’ve been louder though. We could barely hear her. Also, the host could’ve been more friendly. He just asked how many and sat us. He didn’t even tell us to follow him.
This is our favorite Mexican restaurant. The food is always good and staff is always friendly. We have never had a bad experience.
